Lighthouse Meditation - Shine a beacon of hope to soothe your anxiety. Long to feel like your usual self again? Without anxiety, over-thinking and energy-draining worries? This simple guided meditation brings hope, stability, resilience and inner stillness. By making use of the stable imagery of a lighthouse in the storm, it becomes easier to ride out the emotional waves within. It's based on Jungian Psychotherapy and was taught to me at the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) in London. May it shine a light of hope for you.
