Karmic Re-encounter: Heal your Inner Child 05/10

Heal your inner child. Meditation No. 5. Karmic Re-encounter Make yourself comfortable and look at your high vibrating white karma symbol card. Read the affirmation. Then place the symbol on any part of your body. Close your eyes. Breathe in and out deeply. Relax. Feel into yourself for the energy the karma angel wants to offer you. Imagine the white color of this karma angel and his symbol and try to look at it with your inner eye. Get in touch with the angel and connect with his energy. Take your time. Now the angel starts talking to you. I am one of the angels who can help and support you in dissolving your karma. Some of you think about karma as something unpleasant, Even threatening. In fact, It is only the learning tasks you have planned to fulfill. Karma is not a punishment for mistakes from past lives because in principle there are no mistakes. I allow you to perceive and transform in karmic entanglements with one person with whom you have problems. This will enable you to have a better and more loving relationship. To support this process I will surround you with my white light. Imagine me building a high column of light in front of you which has space for two people. Sit down in this column of white light ready for a karmic re-encounter. Wait and see who will come to see you in the column of light, Freeing yourself from all expectations. Take your time. Can you see who has come to you? Are you surprised? How does this encounter feel? What troubles you in dealing with this person? What could be a problem for this person? Now, Simplically, Put everything that feels unpleasant in your relationship down on the floor between the two of you. The burdens can take on certain shapes or colours and so on. Notice whether you can feel better afterwards. Now the other person puts all the burdening things down on the floor between you. You don't have to know what the objects of your clearing out exactly are. Just let it happen. I will now transform the karmic burdens as far as your higher self agrees with it. Can you feel some relief? Can you perceive what your karmic agreement is? Can you encounter the other person lovingly? Now I connect you with my energy on the level of your heart. Let it happen if you agree with it. Thank the other person for the burdening role he or she has taken on in your life voluntarily. Thank yourself for your readiness to perceive and transform your position in this karmic connection. Thank the angel for his transformation work. Return to the present into the daily consciousness. Feel your physical body move your arms and legs and whenever you are ready open your eyes again. Thank you.
