And this healing meditation is for women who feels overwhelmed,
Tense,
Or just caring too much.
There's nothing for you to do.
Just allow yourself to receive,
Okay?
So let's begin.
Make yourself comfortable.
You can sit or lay down and gently close your eyes.
You take a deep breath in your belly.
Relax.
Feel your body here and now in this moment.
Relax your forehead.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Feel the breath in your chest.
Feel the breath in your belly.
Feel your hips relaxing.
And knees.
Feel your feet.
Put all your attention into your feet.
And gently feel that there is earth underneath your feet.
And the earth has a powerful energy It has water.
It has fire.
It has a rock stability.
You feel the earth.
And allow this energy from the earth to flow freely through you you may follow it till the top of your head You feel the earth underneath you.
The energy flows freely through you.
You're breathing.
You feel stability.
Rounding.
Relax your shoulders and jaw.
Breathe.
You are here now in this moment,
In this body,
In this room.
You feel that there is energy.
In the earth.
You allow it to be,
To flow.
Now gently pay attention to the shoulder area.
And feel it.
Maybe you see some form or shape.
Maybe you just feel that.
There is something heavy,
But there is nothing.
Just with curiosity,
Pay attention to this area.
You don't need to fix it or do anything.
Just notice what's there.
Try not to take part in any thoughts.
About it.
Look at this from the distance.
Feeling the feet and the ground and the earth.
Your breathing And maybe something starts to dissolve.
Just from noticing it.
Allow it to happen.
Relax your shoulders,
Your neck.
And now imagine this light blue energy.
That comes from the blue sky.
And you feel this energy in the area of your chest.
Your neck There is a ray of light blue energy.
That flows directly.
On your shoulder area.
And you allow it to happen,
Like this area.
Is getting filled with Pure light blue.
Healing energy.
You're just receiving it.
Feeling the space around your shoulders.
You'll feel the space in your neck,
In your head.
Your chest area.
And gently feel all your body with this.
Light blue,
Healing,
Energy.
And if you can imagine,
Feel your aura,
Your energy field that surrounds you.
This is clear,
Bright energy.
Allow it to happen.
Your mind is still.
You are relaxed.
It's just happening.
It blows sky and a day fulfills you.
Your breathing.
Now gently let go of this ray of light.
Say thank you for it.
Take a deep breath in your belly.
Feel yourself here and now in this moment.
Feel your feet,
Your arms.
Your shoulders,
Your head.
Notice how you feel physically mentally Take a deep breath in and out.
Roll your shoulders a little bit,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And quietly within yourself is a feeling of gratitude repeat the words Thank you for this experience.
Gently open your eyes.
