And on the exhale you just release any tension,
Any stress.
Everything that is no longer serving you.
And I would like you to visualize a person that is very important for you in your life.
Just take the first person that comes to mind.

The eyes.
Visualizing the smile.
Imagine this person standing in front of you.
And just take a moment to realize why do you love this person so much.
Why is this person so important in your life?
And take a moment to feel gratitude for having this special person in your life.
Feeling deep love in your heart.
And let this feeling expand to the rest of your body.
Still visualizing this person standing in front of you,
Smiling.
Think of all the good memories and experiences that you share together.
Feeling your body with joy.
Thinking of all those beautiful memories.
Feeling yourself with gratitude,
Being thankful for this special person.
Now on your next inhale you start to directly receive the love and the support of the other person,
Looking the other person in the eyes.
And receiving love and support.
Charging,
Supercharging your whole body with this feeling of love and support that you're receiving.
And now on the exhale you're blasting your love back.
Let it go as a shower or as a waterfall over the other person.
Wrapping this whole person in a blanket of love.
