Welcome to this meditation.
Here we invite the breath to renew us,
Consciously bringing awareness to centers of embodiment,
Supporting new life in us.
We will follow the path of Jesus in his resurrection,
From the garden to the locked room.
Through vulnerability toward clarity and awaken knowing.
There will be invitations with the breath.
Reflections offered.
And times of silence.
Now,
With the breath,
We can begin releasing what was.
And welcoming what is.
Inhale,
Welcome.
Exhale,
Release.
As you are ready,
Consciously bring breath awareness to the feet,
Opening and activating the feet center.
Perhaps we feel connection to the earth here with our feet.
Like Jesus in the garden,
Newly emerging from the tomb,
Even being seen as a gardener as he was hanging out that early morning,
Settling into his new life.
His new reality.
Here in the Feed Center,
We can hang out with this energy of renewal.
Inhaling,
Embracing the new.
Exhaling,
Releasing what no longer fits.
Inhaling embrace.
Exhaling,
Release.
We can now move to the womb center,
Bringing breath awareness here.
Breathing into the womb space.
Exhaling deeply.
Remaining.
For a moment,
Might this be a tomb of transformation,
Like the locked room where Jesus appeared?
In the dark stillness of that locked room,
Without the disciple's knowledge or effort,
Divine life was quietly,
Gradually,
Effortlessly at work.
We can exhale and remain here.
Allowing.
Not knowing.
Not efforting.
Simply breathing into the womb space and exhaling deeply.
Remaining.
Here,
In the locked room,
Jesus appeared to the disciples.
Like the disciples,
Perhaps we too can hear Jesus say,
Peace be with you.
And then feel the vulnerability of showing his wounds.
Here.
We can acknowledge our own woundedness,
Allowing the breath to support us in shared suffering.
We can journey further with Jesus,
Moving up to the heart center.
Breathing in awareness.
To the heart.
Like the men on the road to Emmaus,
We may be feeling the unsettledness when things simply don't make sense,
When we struggle to put the pieces back together.
When we don't yet recognize the aha that awaits.
In your heart,
You may sense the aha the disciples experienced when the bread was broken and a prayer of thanksgiving was offered.
Their hearts burning as one.
We can be with all that is active in our heart here and now.
Inhale,
Welcoming the new.
Exhale.
Letting go of what has been.
Inhaling to the heart welcoming the new.
Exhaling.
Letting go of what has been.
As we prepare to end this meditation,
We can notice what has changed,
What is changing.
We can breathe for a moment with any noticings.
It's going to take some time to settle into our transformations and the budding potential of our resurrections.
And so we shall.
Amen and amen.
Thank you for engaging this meditation and engaging community as we inhabit new life together.
Here.
And now.
