This is a connection meditation that will help you to connect with your gatekeeper,
Your spiritual guides,
And or any light beings that you have on your spiritual team.
Take the time right now to get comfortable,
Whether that's laying down or sitting in an upright position.
Make sure your back is supported so it allows you to connect more effectively.
You're in a comfortable position.
Okay,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Let it out through your mouth.
Use this time to connect with your breath.
Take three more breaths.
Feel your body begin to feel heavy.
The muscles in your face relax.
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your torso.
Just allow for complete relaxation during this time.
Now I want you to visualize a white light emanating from your heart chakra.
Now imagine it get bigger and start filling up the pieces of your body.
Start filling up your chest and your arms,
Going through your legs and through your head.
Now visualize that light encompassing your entire body.
It is growing.
Imagine yourself in a white orb.
Now breathe into that space and imagine it getting bigger and bigger,
Going into the orb fields so that you are completely encircled in a white golden light.
Now I want you to imagine a beam of white light going down through your feet or your room chakra.
Going down,
Down,
Down into the middle of the earth,
Into the core.
And then I want you to breathe into that space and allow that energy to come back up through your feet,
Through your root chakra,
Up through your solar plexus,
Up through your heart chakra,
And shooting all the way up through the crown,
Through the top of your head and into the spiritual realm,
Into the universe,
Into the galaxies and going as far,
Far,
Far up as you can possibly imagine.
And then I want you to imagine a shower of white light coming back in through your crown from the universal consciousness,
Downloading you with any wisdom and knowledge that the divine may have for you,
And watch it as it comes through your crown chakra and fills your entire body all the way down to your root chakra.
At this time you may ask for Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron to assist you in clearing any blockages,
Limited beliefs,
Any fears,
Entanglements that you may have at this time,
That they may assist you in protecting you and keeping you clear and safe during this process.
Helping you to connect to your spiritual team and bringing in the guides,
Light beings and your gatekeeper that need to connect with you at this time.
Make sure you are breathing deep in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
And now I want you to visualize using your third eye.
Visualize you walking through a field of tall grass on a path.
I want you to look around and see your surroundings,
What are the smells,
What are the textures,
What are the colors.
What do you see around you?
Maybe there are big mountains in the background,
Snow capped peaks,
Or maybe there are trees surrounding you,
Or a brook where you can listen to the water as it runs through the valley.
I want you to continue walking down this path and visualize in the distance you see a bridge that goes over the green.
As you come closer to this bridge,
Step onto the bridge and at the end of the bridge is a gateway of sparkling white light.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release it.
And as you walk towards the end of the bridge,
Feel a sense of peace and serenity come over you as you enter into the gateway of this white light.
Feel a rush of unconditional love wash over you as you step through this gateway.
And on the other side of this gateway,
You see a bright light.
And as that white bright light gets closer and closer to you,
You start to see some of the features of this white light.
This is one of your guides,
Could be your gatekeeper,
Could be a light being.
Now this is the time that you can ask this entity to raise their vibration so you can feel it.
Take in any features,
Any details that you may see.
They're starting to get clearer now.
They're asking you to walk with them deeper into this beautiful gateway.
And as you look around,
It is a beautiful garden and there is a bench in the center.
What does this garden look like to you?
What does it smell like?
What does it feel like?
Begin those senses as you are walking towards the bench.
As you take your seat next to your spirit guide or light being or gatekeeper,
What do they have to say to you?
Ask them,
What would you have me know?
This may come in as a feeling.
They may show you symbols.
Maybe you hear them say something to you.
It could be a phrase.
It could be multiple phrases.
It could just be a word.
What do they have to say to you?
What do you need to know at this time in your journey?
You can also use this time to ask them how you can connect with them.
Is there a color or a symbol that they will show you when they are nearby?
Ask them what they need to hear from you when you are wanting to connect.
You can also use this time to establish boundaries with this light being or spirit guide or gatekeeper.
You can also use this time to ask them any questions that may be arising from you.
Maybe there is something that you want to tell them,
Something you need guidance on.
If you are having a hard time feeling this entity,
Ask them again to raise their frequency so that you may feel them.
Maybe there are some emotions that are coming up for you during this time.
Be aware of them.
Acknowledge them.
Now use this time to say your farewells as you get off the bench and they accompany you back to the bright white gateway in front of the bridge.
You are leaving this garden knowing that you can come back and connect with this being at any time.
You say your last farewell and you step through the light gateway back onto the bridge.
As you walk over the bridge,
You have an overwhelming sense that you have everything you need within yourself and that you are supported and loved along this journey.
As you walk along the path,
You feel your fingers brushing up against the light grass,
Feeling full and complete.
Now I want you to visualize that bright white light going back through your feet and your root chakra back into the center of the earth,
Down to the core.
And as you take a deep breath in through your nose and release,
You feel that energy coming back up from the earth,
Back up through your feet and your root chakra up through your body,
Grounding you.
And you allow that energy to shoot through all the way up through your crown chakra as far as you can see into the universe,
Into the spirit realm,
Connecting with God consciousness.
And allowing that energy to come back through the crown chakra and filling your whole body with that bright white light.
Take a couple deep breaths here to come back into your body,
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Come back to the now and use that grounded energy and divine energy to keep you centered and aligned throughout the rest of your day.
Take a couple more deep breaths as you open your eyes,
Knowing that you were loved,
Supported and guided at all times.
