Welcome to your I am meditation.

For this meditation,

You are in charge.

This is designed for you to use over and over again,

Every day as needed,

To help you shift into the I am energy that you want to embody.

And you have the freedom to adjust this energy and pick something new every day or continue working on the same energy.

Before we begin,

Go ahead and choose your word,

Emotion,

Feeling,

Whatever you would like to focus on and embody for the day.

Whatever you would like to focus on and embody right now.

And it's okay if you don't have anything in mind at the moment.

You can let it come to you as we go.

And also acknowledge if it really is simply a feeling that you can't really describe,

But you have an inner knowing of what it is.

You don't have to name it.

Just be ready to tap into it.

Go ahead and get comfortable,

Either lying down or sitting up,

Just making sure that you are supported so that you are able to close your eyes and relax.

We'll start with a body scan.

Starting at your toes.

You can take any movement or squeeze and release as you like as we move along.

You can wiggle the toes.

You can start to rotate your ankles,

Flexing and pointing the feet.

Moving up into the calves.

Maybe a squeeze and release here.

You can also send your focus,

Your energy,

Your breath to any spot that needs attention or extra help releasing stuck energy.

Letting go of your kneecaps.

Releasing your thigh muscles,

The quads,

Hamstrings,

All the way around.

Moving into the hips.

Taking any motion you might need here.

Circles,

Side to side,

Forward and back.

Moving up into the abdomen and the lower back.

Maybe sending your breath here.

Moving into the chest and the upper back.

Definitely a deep breath here.

And then as you're ready,

Move up and relax the shoulders as you release your breath.

Pulling them up,

Back and down.

Maybe bringing them forward and then pushing them back again a few times.

Moving down the arm.

Releasing the biceps and the triceps.

Letting go of the elbows.

Releasing the forearms.

Moving through the wrists.

Maybe rotating the wrists.

Opening and closing the hand,

Clenching the fingers and releasing.

When you're ready,

Moving back up through the arms.

And now carefully into the neck.

Motion here if you like.

Side to side,

Forward and back.

Easy gentle circles.

And finally moving into the head.

Relaxing the jaw.

Tongue away from the roof of the mouth.

Letting go of your cheeks.

Eyes.

Eyelashes.

Eyebrows.

Forehead.

Letting go of the ears.

And relaxing the crown.

Take one more deep breath if you like.

And just allow whatever comes through to you to come through.

As I say the words,

I am.

You can say them with me.

Either out loud or in your head.

And then fill in the blank with what you want to embody for this meditation.

Continue with your same word.

Feeling,

Inner knowing.

I am.

Declare it with your whole body.

Your whole being.

I am.

From the root chakra at the base of your spine.

Bright red.

Feel this energy emanating from there.

Feeling safe,

Grounded,

Secure in who you are.

I am.

Moving up the spine,

Feeling it from the sacral chakra.

Bright orange.

Your house of creativity.

The start of your identity.

What you are here to do.

I am.

Moving a little bit further up the spine,

Just above the navel.

Feeling into the bright yellow of your solar plexus chakra.

Your sense of identity.

Your confidence center.

Your belief in who you are.

I am.

I am.

Moving up into the bright green of your heart chakra.

Letting this emotion,

Word,

Thought,

Inner knowing fill your heart space.

And be consumed with the energy of love.

This energy radiates from you.

From a divine source of pure love.

I am.

Moving up into the bright blue of your throat chakra.

Openly expressing your truth.

Speaking up for yourself.

Allowing yourself to live fully embodied in this inner knowing of who you really are.

I am.

Moving up to your third eye chakra.

Bright purple.

Right in the middle of the forehead.

This is the house of your intuition.

The start of your connection to the divine,

To God,

To your higher self.

To your true inner knowing of who you are.

I am.

Releasing all doubt.

As you declare again here in this chakra.

I am.

Moving into the bright iridescent glow,

The bright white of your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Your full open connection to the divine.

Never disconnected,

Even when you don't feel it.

It is always there and available to you.

And it is fully available to you right now as you are sitting in this meditation.

Full connection with your true divine self.

I am.

Filling your whole body with this energy,

With this knowing of who you are,

What energy you are filled with,

What energy you are open to receive,

What energy and frequency you are embodying to share with the rest of the world.

I am.

Full safety and security,

Full belief in yourself,

Full embodiment of this energy from a divine source of love.

And always acting from that first.

I am.

And finally,

Moving through today,

The next day,

However long you want to embody this particular energy with the understanding,

The full knowing that you are you.

Not able to be defined.

No need to be defined.

And all you need to know is that you are.

Who am I?

I am.

Take as long as you need.

And only when you're ready,

Start to bring your awareness back to the room that you are in.

Or the area that you're in,

If maybe you're outside.

Bringing your awareness back to your body,

Starting to wiggle fingers and toes.

And slowly opening your eyes.
