This guided meditation takes you on a journey to meet your future self, the future you who embodies all the wisdom and life lessons you need to learn to become the you that you want to be. By passing the future wisdom to the present you, you can shorten the time needed to manifest the life of your dreams. Use as often as needed to tap into the wisdom of the quantum realm.

Let yourself rest comfortably,

Sitting upright or lying down,

And fix your eyes on a spot in front of you.

Keep your eyes focused on that spot and take a nice deep breath in.

Hold it for a count of 5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

And as you breathe out just feel a wonderful wave of relaxation from your head to your toes.

Take another nice deep breath in,

Bringing that air all the way down to the bottom of your belly and hold it for a count of 5.

And breathing out all the tensions and stresses and worries of the day,

Take another nice deep breath in.

You might notice your eyes wanting to flutter and close down.

And as you release the breath,

Just let your eyes begin to close,

Noticing any tension that remains in your body.

As you breathe in,

See if you can breathe right into that tension,

Grabbing the tension with your breath.

And on the exhale,

Release that tension.

Feel it flow out of your body.

Breathing in peace and calm and breathing out anything that you brought here today,

Any anxiety or stress or worries,

All of those can be put aside for now and picked up at a later time.

Take one more deep breath,

Again releasing all that extra tension right out of your body.

Now in your mind,

Let yourself go to one of your most relaxing places.

It could be somewhere out in nature or perhaps in your own home.

Or maybe it's a place you've never been before.

Wherever it is,

Let yourself really settle in,

Using all of your five senses to be there.

Notice everything that you see around you.

Notice the colours and the shapes.

What can you hear?

Is there a smell in the air or a taste on your tongue?

Feel how wonderful it is to be in this place now,

Knowing that everything that you do here is just right.

Now go ahead and touch something in this wonderful place and if there's something you'd like to do here,

Just allow your body to move.

Know that here you're completely free to be who you are,

To be 100% safe and completely yourself.

Just settle into this feeling,

This freedom and the calm sanctuary of your wonderful place.

Use all of your five senses to be there.

Now go ahead and put your thumb and forefinger together on your left hand.

This is your anchor.

Anytime you want to come back to this place and these safe feelings,

Just put your thumb and forefinger together on your left hand and you'll come right back here,

Right back to your wonderful sanctuary.

Now you can release your thumb and forefinger.

As you relax in this wonderful place,

I want you to become aware of,

In the corner of your mind,

Another person safely and quietly sharing this moment with you.

As you slowly tune into their presence,

You realise that they are you from the future.

They embody all the qualities of the person you want to become and have achieved all of the results you dream of achieving.

They are sitting quietly observing you as you approach them.

You sit down opposite them.

Everything feels familiar and secure.

You take in the scene and notice every detail.

What are they sitting on or in?

How are they sitting?

How are they dressed?

How do they look?

Content?

Older?

Almost the same as you?

Do you notice any smells in the air?

Where are your two chairs?

Are they in the house of your dreams or did you encounter your future self in your sanctuary?

It's okay if the scene shifts as your subconscious allows the reality of the future you to manifest its truth in your now.

Let the scene move as it needs to.

Don't hold on to any expectations.

What else do you see in this place?

What do you hear?

Is it quiet?

Is there music playing?

Can you hear other people in the distance?

Really experience this perfect scene in the presence of your future self.

Feel it in all your senses as if you are there now.

You greet each other warmly.

How do you feel in the presence of your future self?

Really settle in and make yourself comfortable.

Begin your conversation by asking the following question to your future self.

What do I most need to pay attention to right now in my life?

Take a moment now to hear the answer.

Ask your future self the following question.

Knowing what you now know and having experienced all you have to reach where you are now,

What is the one piece of advice you would give me to help me reach this point?

Listen to what your future self has to say.

Now take a moment to ask your future self your own question.

Keep it simple like what's the one thing I should stop doing that's holding me back?

Or who could I reach out to for advice on this problem?

Take a few moments to really focus on one question and wait for the response.

Unfortunately now it's time to bring your visit with your future self to a close.

Don't worry you can come back as many times as you need with this meditation.

Thank your future self for being with you today and for sharing their wisdom with you.

Say goodbye and return back to your safe place before you met them.

As you begin to walk away turn around and look back at your future self.

What was said and what will you remember most about your experience?

Remember to cherish this wisdom and put into practice the lessons your future self told you so that you can become your future self without delay.

In a moment now I'm going to count to five and when I get to number five you'll be back in the present moment and wide awake.

One coming back into your senses and into your body.

Two liking and loving yourself in every way.

Three lots and lots of energy.

Four feeling positive rejuvenated and renewed.

And five fully awake and ready to start your day.

You can repeat this anytime you want advice from your future self to ensure you're on the right path to achieving the life of your dreams.
