
Music For Deep Sleep & Relaxation

This 30-minute track is designed to help you fall asleep quickly and contains delta waves, pink noise and binaural beats to help entrain your brain into a deep state of relaxation and sleep. There is no bell at the end and the track fades out gently while you're asleep. Headphones benefit the binaural beats, but I don't recommend sleeping with them all night. But they're great if you're grabbing a good power nap!
