This meditation incorporates affirmations and crystal bowl sound healing to protect and affirm the listener. You are safe to be exactly where you are. Sometimes you live in pieces, And that is okay. Everybody feels this way sometimes. You are exactly where you need to be. I invite you to offer yourself compassion - by saying to yourself: I am safe to feel and be exactly where I am. Everybody feels this way sometimes, I am not alone. I meet myself where I am at, so that I can heal myself.
