We are going to start with an OM breath.
This breath is going to help to connect you to the highest frequency of your body,
While also connecting you to the frequency of the universe.
We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose,
And when you exhale out of the mouth,
You're going to make an OM sound.
You want that breath to be really long,
To help to release and exhale any stagnant breath or energy within the body.
So let that go as long as it's going to go.
I'm going to guide you through this whole session,
So just feel free to relax.
You can sit up if you like,
You can lay down if you like.
I want you to be comfortable.
Taking a few seconds to get into a position that makes you feel super gooey and connected to your body and the universe.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
And out with an OM.
It might sound a little funky there,
Just allow that energy to flow out as long as it needs to.
We're going to do one more together,
Because I think it's really important that we feel connected to our bodies and feel connected to the universe,
So that we can align with everything that we desire,
And everything that we desire to feel as well,
Not just always the physical things that we desire to have.
How do we desire to feel?
When we can align with the universe a little bit deeper,
We can definitely align with that feeling more.
So we're going to take another inhale through the nose,
And then an exhale with that OM sound,
Allowing it to be as long as you want it to be.
Breathing in through the nose.
If there's more air that needs to come out,
Allow it with a second OM.
This meditation in breath is going to be situated around the desires of feeling the way we want to feel in the body.
We're just going to do a natural cycle of breath,
So whatever that is for you,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Or in through the nose,
Out through the nose.
I want you to feel so connected and at flow with your body.
Allow her to guide you.
Allow her to lead.
The more that we allow the body to guide us and to show us,
The more that she will.
Breathing in through the nose for your inhale.
Breathing in through the nose.
How do you desire to feel?
And what does the body feel when you think about the way that it desires to feel?
Do you get a tingling in the body?
Do you get a smile on your face?
Do you feel warm in your toes?
Where in your life do you already feel the way that you desire?
If you desire to feel love,
Maybe you feel love from your friends,
From your partner,
From your family.
Where do you already feel love in your life?
Maybe it's when you help a neighbor.
If it's peace,
Where do you already feel peace in your life?
Do you feel it when you are cooking a meal?
When you're listening to your favorite song?
When you're with.

.
Where do you already feel abundant?
The food you eat?
The love you have?
The home you have?
The place you live?
Allow the body to remember what it feels like to feel the way that you desire.
Natural cycle of breath.
Allowing the air to fill you up and to cool you down.
To help to circulate the energy within the body.
To help with that inner desire and inner feeling.
Allow the body to feel whatever it wants to feel.
And whatever is coming up for you as you feel these desired emotions.
Is it limiting beliefs?
Is it a thought pattern that's negative?
Or maybe it's your abundant mindset of positivity.
Of where it's going to go and where it's going to lead you.
And how it feels.
But for a lot of us,
Those negative thoughts come up.
Allow the voice to come through.
Allow it to rise.
The body will continue to bring up the same stuff until we acknowledge it.
Until we give it a voice.
When we allow the body to feel,
We allow the body to heal.
Continuing with your natural cycle of breath.
Filling up the body fully and exhaling that stagnant energy.
Remind yourself that everything that you desire exists for you.
The way that we desire to feel is embedded in our souls.
It is our birthright to have the things that we desire.
Breathe it in.
Feel it in your bones.
Feel it in your body.
Feel it in your vessel.
That feeling of knowing what you desire also desires you.
And it wants to come in.
You just have to clear the blocks.
Taking a deep breath in the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Filling the body up with oxygen and removing that energy.
Feeling how good it feels to live in the desires.
To embody the desires that you want.
You feel.
Feel.
As you move through the rest of your day,
I want you to remind yourself of the way that this feels and embody it again.
Use this visualization as another reminder that the body can feel the way it desires.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
We're going to come back to our light,
To our bodies,
To our being.
