Starting our day with some affirmations to help us to feel connected,
Strong,
And poised throughout the day.
This quick meditation is going to be a couple of breaths with some affirmations to help you to feel your absolute best to move through the day.
You can start this meditation laying down or sitting up,
Whatever you're most comfortable with and feel most connected doing.
If you're just waking up,
Moving the body a little bit,
Shaking out the arms,
Swirling the neck back and forth,
Giving your body some beautiful cues that you are waking up to start the day,
I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I'm going to do one more,
And feel the body sink as you exhale and ground into your vessel.
We're going to start by taking a 4-7-8 breath.
We're going to inhale for 4,
Hold for 7,
And exhale for 8.
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling out of the mouth.
I'll count with you for the first couple,
And then I'm going to give you some beautiful affirmations to help you to get your day started.
Breathing in through the nose for 4,
Holding at the top for 7,
Exhaling for 8 out of the mouth for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,
And continuing this breath on your own for the next couple of moments.
As you inhale,
Reminding yourself that you are poised,
That you are strong,
That you are brave.
Moving through the day with energy that will help you to feel on top of your game.
Continue your breath,
The 4-7-8 exhale,
While I guide you through some affirmations.
I am amazing.
I am capable.
Today is going to be an amazing day.
I am built to move through hard things.
Everything is working out for me.
Miracles occur every day.
Breathing in for 4,
Holding for 7,
And exhaling for 8.
I am on top of my game.
The universe supports me in everything that I do.
I attract everything that I desire.
My desires are always on their way to me.
I will move through the day with ease,
Peace,
Poise,
And grace.
I know that everything is working for me,
And that the universe has my back.
Coming back to your natural cycle of breath,
In through the nose and out through the mouth,
And allowing these beautiful affirmations to permeate your cells,
To remind your body that you are capable,
And that you can move through this day getting everything that you desire.
Allowing the body to move a little,
Move your ankles,
Move from side to side,
Wake up the arms,
Yawn,
Whatever helps you to get the body awake and ready to start your day.
