I'm Joy with High Vibes with Joy and today I'm going to channel Divine Source Energy on viewers questions.

So I'm going to connect in and then I will read the question and channel the answer.

Okay first question is from Kara.

How important is daily classic meditation?

Is it possible to reach a meditative state in other ways?

Well what we'd like to do here is pull meditation forward and not to think of it as burdensome.

What a special gift this is that you are giving to yourself.

All this is is you are connecting in.

So you are connecting in here to your heart center taking some deep breaths in through your nose out through your mouth and you are clicking into your soul.

You are resetting.

You can spend five minutes completing this.

The intention here with some deep breaths with your exhale you are releasing anything that is not serving you for your highest and best and you are allowing yourself to be an open vessel for divine inspiration and divine healing.

This is recommended to perform daily.

Does not need to be formal.

You do not need to sit down.

You do not need to perform auto rating.

When you are first getting started you can do this as you are walking.

You could do this as you are driving to your destination each morning.

It is recommended that you carve out a time in your home that is comfortable to you but you may modify this.

We are not saying here that this is the only way to connect in and to feel us divine source or to hear or experience aspects of us divine source such as your higher self or your spiritual guides which includes your angels and your deceased loved ones.

When you are in a state of appreciation there is a way here to connect in.

Some slide in and do this without realizing it.

So what it means is you are out of this busy freeway of a mind.

Your ego mind.

You are down here.

You're dropping down into your heart center and connecting into your soul.

So you are able to do this unintentionally as well.

Some can experience this through what has described as a runner's high.

Some can experience this in a complete state of bliss.

It simply means that you have released what has been bogging you down and you are dancing with this divine energy that you all have access to within yourself.

If we could give you any advice here it would be to go within.

This is where all of your treasures lie.

Finances and how to get more clients.

It looks like she has a business.

Well let's intend this shall we?

Do you feel good about this business?

Do you feel good about yourself as you are working this business?

Do you feel good about your clients that are being serviced by your business?

So let's prioritize here.

So let's view upon this in this format.

Align yourself with the feelings of feeling good about your business.

So when you are in a state of worry,

Doubt,

Frustration,

Well that is what you are pulling in more of.

More circumstances to worry and doubt and feel frustrated about.

There is no shaming here nor belittling.

We are just making a distinction for you.

It is easy to get caught up here in this automated loop of the mind.

This is the ego mind and what we encourage you to do is to have an intention and drop down here into your heart center.

Connect in with your soul and allow yourself to attract how you feel when you are down here in your soul.

Connect it in with your soul down in your heart center.

So here you feel safe.

Here you feel appreciative.

Here you feel unconditional love for yourself and others.

This is where you are able to act on your passion.

So set an intention.

If your intention here is to gain five new clients a week,

For example,

Well then notice what you are celebrating in advance.

Do not wait until the five clients come.

Celebrate yourself.

Celebrate your achievements.

You feel appreciative about these five new clients you gained this week.

This is so exciting.

So remind yourself to drop down here into your heart center and carry this excitement with you throughout your day.

Think about how when you are excited to go on a vacation and you are thinking about everything that you will do and pack to go on your vacation and you are excited.

Same thing here with these five clients that you are adding.

You are so appreciative and excited.

You love what you do and this is like a mirror reflection.

This is how the universe operates.

So how you are perceiving the world is how you feel and that is what you are attracting.

So set that to the side with that knowledge and know that you feel excited about five new clients this week and let the universe play with you.

Now remember it is not boom overnight.

There we go.

It is raising your vibration and maintaining your vibration the way you feel.

It is a practice.

You are building momentum.

Why do we choose to keep reincarnating?

Haven't we already learned all our lessons by now?

It can't be evolution.

We are older than dirt and there were some smiley faces.

One soul is always evolving in the spiritual and the physical.

It is quite exciting when you are in the spiritual to think about re-emerging in with the physical.

You are in a different state of mind,

Point of view,

Reference when you are in the spiritual than when you were in the physical.

So remember what we said about connecting in here to your heart center into your soul.

From here you gain the peace and the clarity and you receive divine inspiration and this carries you along.

It scoots you along on your path or it gives you direction here.

So you can be inspired to get in contact with a certain individual or to maybe take a nature walk and here maybe you will run into somebody that is integral to where you are headed.

Part of your soul's mission here.

Fulfilling your destiny.

We want to offer some peace and understanding.

Humans can often get caught up in thinking that this is a dismal existence.

There are many hardships,

A lot of uncomfortability.

I don't want to be here.

I want to be where it feels good.

Well,

Let's flip this around here.

Remember that the universe is playing with you and giving you exactly what you are putting out.

It is like a mirror reflection.

So if you are feeling like this is a dismal existence,

Well that is what is provided.

If you are looking for the love,

The pleasure,

The excitement,

The fun,

That is your focus.

That is what becomes bigger and bigger and bigger here in your experience.

And when contrast does arrive,

When you are here,

It is easier to step over it rather than if you are in the frame of mind that this is hard.

This is a hard life.

It is difficult.

Why do we bother with this?

Why do the same individuals keep showing up as protagonists heavy contrast the villain in each lifetime?

What needs to be done to be rid of them once and for all?

We are going to hold you in a gentle place here.

For there has been much wounding.

Each and every one of you who is listening or watching,

Know that you are guided.

You are cared for.

You are loved beyond measure.

This might sound a little far fetched,

But before your re-emergence into the physical,

You make pacts or agreements with others in the spiritual realm.

So yes,

There are players in your story who provide contrast that can be quite painful.

It is not a one-sided.

So the person who is playing the villain in your story,

This go around,

Is also experiencing contrast him or herself playing the villain.

Have you heard of the term or expression hurt people hurt others?

Well,

One must be in quite an amount,

Quite a large amount of pain to play these roles.

These atrocities that have occurred that they have a part in towards you.

Understand that as you rise up over your contrast,

This is soul development and this is how you evolve.

This is how you expand your consciousness and you are always evolving.

That is the point of all of this.

You do not only evolve through the contrast,

Through the experiences that are painful.

You also evolve through the joy,

The laughter,

The love,

The pleasure,

The beautiful experiences.
