Hello and welcome to a meditation. Today we will be tuning in to just how infinite you can be. You can start by sitting up straight or laying down comfortably in your bed. I ask that you take a deep breath in and out. Taking another deep breath in and out. Just continue breathing that way as we cover our bodies in a bubble of light. All around the outside of your body is a bright white light that's shimmering. Taking those deep breaths in and out. Today we are going to activate your cells and your DNA to just how infinite you truly are. Every single day we have a choice. A choice of if we are going to continue to move with limitation or if we strive to be the very best version of ourselves we can be. Trust yourself as you're moving forward every single day into this light of just how boundless you can truly be. Taking another deep breath in and out as we feel ourselves sinking into the heart center focusing there on this green buzzing light and repeating these phrases after me. I am infinite. I am healthy. I am wealthy. All of my needs are taken care of and more. I am radiant. I am glowing. I heal more every single day. Every day I learn exactly what I need to know. I believe in myself. I love who I am. I am boundless. I am free. I am safe. I am protected. I am always on time. I am always exactly where I need to be at the perfect time. I am provided for in all ways. My desires come to me quickly and easily. I am brave and I try new things. I am happy. I am fun and I am playful. I love who I am. I have everything I need and more. I am wealthy. I am healthy. And all of my desires come to me quickly and easily. I am an infinite being. I am limitless. I love today and I love myself. Picturing that white bubble around you really bursting now with light. Taking another deep breath in as you feel the white light moving through your entire system and out. You deserve incredible things and you are on your way forward.
