An extended version of the "Leaves On A Stream" exercise with 5 additional minutes of open space to practice. An exercise from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, this is a fantastic practice for letting go of thoughts and finding some peace. The intention is not to stop thinking - it's simply to allow thoughts to float by without getting hooked by them. This can get you unstuck from cycles of rumination or anxiety driven by thoughts.
