Leaves On A Stream is a simple mindfulness exercise from Acceptance and Commitment therapy where you practice putting each thought on a leaf and watching it float downstream. You don't try to STOP thinking, you just let the thoughts go without getting 'hooked' into the stories. "We listen and we don't judge". No judging your thoughts here, or judging yourself for having them or struggling with them. Just gentle compassionate curiosity.
