I am enough meditation.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Deep breath in,

Slow breath out,

Allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath,

Allowing the body to relax and the mind to remain alert.

Take your attention to the base chakra.

Breathing in through the base,

Up the internal tube,

And out through the crown.

In through the base,

Up the internal tube,

And out through the crown.

On the next in breath,

Feel your awareness being sucked in through the heart center,

The center of your chest.

In this space,

Find your awareness in the internal corridor.

If you can't see,

Then sense.

Finding your way along the internal corridor,

Find the door marked,

I am enough.

As you push the door open,

Feel your awareness greeted by your guiding influence.

This is the deeper part of yourself that helps to guide your inner world.

As you listen,

Most of the time,

This guiding influence remains a silent helper.

As they take you deep into this room,

Into this space,

In your mind,

Look around.

Look to see or sense what is in this space.

Right in the center is a very large mirror.

Your guiding influence leads you to the mirror.

As you stand before it,

Allow yourself to see or sense the image reflected back to you in the mirror.

Notice what the image represents.

Is it you?

Somebody else?

A younger or older image of you?

Notice what is reflected in the mirror,

If anything.

As you gaze into the mirror,

Find your awareness melting into it as you step into the mirror.

As you step into this space,

Find your awareness pulled from the physical world deep within.

In your mirror world,

You find the energy that you are enough.

In this space,

See or sense what this energy reflects,

Feelings,

Who is in there,

What this energy feels like.

Deep within this space,

Joined by your guiding influence,

Allow them to take you deeper into this world.

Faced with another mirror,

Allow yourself to step into it and step deeper into the world of enough.

As you step deeper into this world,

Feel that you are enough.

Feel the heart center opening,

A warmth building through the body.

In this space,

Standing before the next mirror,

Instead of stepping into it,

Allow it to be reflected back to you.

In this reflection is you,

Your reflection of how you feel when you feel you're enough,

Where your world is balanced and your world is perfect.

Allow yourself to see or sense what this looks and feels like.

Standing with your guiding influence,

Allow yourself to really feel a deep love reflected back.

As you accept this energy into the heart center,

Feel your world returning back to the physical.

Feel yourself stepping through the mirrors,

Finding your way back to the internal corridor,

Bringing the feelings back with you into the physical world.

Find your awareness returning to the body.

Feel yourself bursting into your physical energy,

Bringing back with you a filled heart center.

Feel the warmth of it spreading through the body.

Breathing even if it's for a moment,

Loved in the physical world,

Allowing your awareness to spread through the body,

Focusing on your breathing.

Very gently,

Bring your awareness back into the room.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
