Releasing hurt from the heart meditation process,

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Deep breath in,

Slow breath out,

Allowing your thoughts to roll around your head and disappear on the out breath,

Allowing the body to relax and the mind to remain alert.

Take your attention to the base chakra,

Breathing in through the base,

Up an internal tube and out through the crown.

In through the base,

Up an internal tube and out through the crown.

On the next in breath,

Take your attention to the heart chakra,

The centre of your chest and breathing in through the heart centre,

Find your awareness in the internal corridor.

If you can't see,

Then sense.

As you go deeper through the corridor,

Become aware of the air getting thicker and your legs heavy as you go deeper into this space.

Feel in your mind your eyes becoming heavy and you begin to access the heaviness in the body,

The heaviness in the heart.

In your mind,

Now enter the space of the heart centre where deep tiredness resides,

That deep tiredness within.

And as you enter this space,

Become aware of your tired self,

The age at which you are and how old your tired self is,

The age at which your tired self formed.

Is it younger than your actual age?

Or is it who you are right now?

Or maybe your tired self is older?

Look to see or sense what the tired self looks like and how it got to be that way.

And as you see or sense your tired self,

It will lead you in to the room within the heart centre,

Where deep hurt is stored.

And as you move towards this area,

Feel the thickness of the air.

And feel as you enter this space,

How it impacts your life,

Your health,

Your well-being.

And in your mind,

See or sense the tired self.

Unbolt the door to where hurt is stored.

The door is made of thick steel.

A thickness cannot be penetrated.

A door that cannot be broken,

Only opened.

As the tired self opens the door,

Both of you enter and see or sense what is stored in here.

And how long it's been there.

What it is.

And those piles of things.

And under what's in there,

You'll find the source of the deepest hurt that you're holding the most.

See or sense what it is or who it is.

And as you become aware of it,

Immediately allow yourself to release it.

To release it and encourage it to leave this space.

And as you do,

See or sense the tired self begin to change.

The air becoming lighter,

The dustiness behind the steel door cleansing,

And the space becoming clear.

In your mind,

Allow yourself to release the hurt vibration stored here.

Enough for the steel doored storeroom to be empty.

Even if it's for a moment.

Allow yourself to experience your vibration free of hurt.

In your mind.

Now close the steel door.

If it's still there.

The tired self lighter or it's disappeared altogether.

And feel your awareness.

Beginning its journey to return to your physical world.

And feel an expansion through the corridor of the heart center.

A new lightness filling the space.

And this space brighter and lighter.

And beginning the journey of returning to the physical world.

Begin to feel your vibration expanding from the heart center,

Right the way through the body.

And in your mind,

Throwing roots out from the bottom of your feet,

Planting them deep into the earth.

Focusing on your breathing.

Feel your awareness returning fully to the physical body.

And focusing on your breathing.

Very gently.

Bring your awareness back into the room.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

I’ve been doing Heidi’s work for at least 10 years now and although I’ve done other peoples courses, meditations etc I’ve always got so much more from Heidi’s courses and meditations. I always feel like she knows exactly what I need and I’ve gotten so far with my inner work thanks to her amazing approach which is kind and authentic and always spot on! Her meditations are my favorite and the only ones I do now
