When we slow down and pay attention, cultivating mindfulness and awareness, we can more readily offer our gifts for the benefit of all beings. I teach MBSR courses in Salt Lake City and Park City, UT. I teach Meditation/Mindfulness at Salt Lake Community College. I also offer group and private yoga classes on an on going basis in Salt Lake .
