Come back to your center and embrace the in-between. Open to the present moment, just as it is. Land in your body, your breath, and the now. Ask yourself, "who am I in this moment?" Anchor in presence and reconnect with your sense of self to move through any season, and be with in-between.

Let's begin in a comfortable position,

Whatever feels nourishing for you today.

As you settle into your body and into your breath,

Can you give yourself the permission to be fully here,

To welcome this moment as it is?

Breathing space around the thoughts,

The activity,

And the movement that keeps you busy.

What would it feel like to welcome the in-between as a marker for the present moment?

Breathing in,

I am here.

Breathing out in this moment.

Inhale into yourself,

Exhale,

Release.

One last time,

Breathing into your wholeness.

Breathing out,

Surrender,

Something you no longer need.

Landing deeply in your body and within yourself in this way.

Begin to tune in to your center.

Whatever center is and feels like to you.

From this place,

Can you ask,

Who am I in this moment?

How is my heart?

Welcome in whatever comes to the surface.

It all belongs.

Bringing your awareness to your breath once again.

Tuning in to its natural,

Steady rhythm.

Keeping you here,

Keeping you present.

Allow the beat,

The pulsing,

To be an anchor.

An anchor for the now.

We often find ourselves living in moments that have already passed or anticipating what we must do next.

For these few moments together and maybe for this season that you're in,

Can we sit in the richness of the in-between?

What would it feel like to be with what's here?

To welcome the now just as it is.

With all of its beauty,

Its lessons,

Even the uncertainty.

What is here?

Let's take another slow,

Full inhale together.

Inhale to let this moment settle.

Reconnecting once more to your center,

To the beautiful core of you.

Let's ask ourselves again.

Who am I in this moment?

Begin to bring your attention back to the room.

Really invite some gentle movement and arrive back in your body.

When you feel ready,

You can slowly flutter open your eyes and begin to move back into your day.

I hope this brought you a sense of ease and that you keep coming back to your center,

To yourself.

Thank you for sitting with me.
