Find a comfortable position to sit,
With your back upright,
Make sure your spine is straight so that the energy can flow better,
Your chest is open,
Your shoulders are relaxed and gently close your eyes.
Begin to release any tension you have in your face,
In your body,
Any expectations,
Worries,
Anxiety,
Let it all go,
Take a couple of deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose,
In and out,
In and out.
In this meditation we are going to work with the heart.
To do this,
We are going to begin by playing the Mix Love Tape to activate the frequency of the heart.
If you are not familiar with this practice,
It involves bringing to mind from memory moments when you felt intense love and joy,
It might be a memory from being in nature in your favorite place,
What did that feel like,
Feel that again in your body,
That awe,
That wonder.
It might be getting a hug from a loved one who you haven't seen in a long time,
Maybe watching a child take their first steps,
Maybe it is a kiss,
Or just the way someone looks at you,
You can feel that love.
You can also imagine yourself looking at the world and shouting I love you,
What does that feel like when your heart just explodes with love,
Tap into that frequency.
My easiest memory to connect to is watching my dog and my daughter sleep soundly,
I can see myself petting the pup,
I can feel my heart swelling with love,
What do you feel?
Can you feel your heart expand?
The heart center is the one that knows the frequency of love,
It is very familiar with it,
This energy center is used to spinning with love,
To experiencing this vibration.
So now I invite you to spread this vibration to the rest of your body,
If you could just connect to that feeling,
What does that energy feel like?
We are going to draw it down towards your solar plexus,
Maybe it has a color,
A temperature sensation,
Draw it down towards your navel,
See it move and light up,
Moving down towards your sacral,
In your womb space and lower down towards your root,
At your tailbone and continues all the way down to fill your legs,
Vibrating with love.
Now come back to your center,
To your heart center and radiate this vibration up towards your throat,
Feel it spreading through your throat,
Your arms,
All the way to your fingertips,
Continue pushing that energy up,
Pulling it up towards your third eye,
Towards your crown and as it reaches your crown,
It begins to overflow from your crown,
It leaves your body and begins to cascade down,
Down,
Enveloping your whole body from the outside.
Not only that,
But it begins to escape from your heart center too,
It connects to the energy seeping from the crown and this bubble of light forms all around you,
Of this beautiful love energy,
See,
Sense,
Feel,
Imagine it enveloping all of you,
Sit in its vibration.
If you find yourself disconnecting,
Play the mixed love tape again and feel the energy from the heart going all through your body and out around it.
Love is the frequency of creation,
Of life,
Of healing,
It is giving you life,
Strength,
Peace,
Serenity,
It is also bringing vitality and joy to your inner energy centers and your aura.
So now that you feel strong in this bubble of heart energy,
Now that you feel powered by love,
It is time to share this energy.
Now if you can imagine the bubble around you at your heart center begins to open and the heart energy,
Whichever color you see it,
Begins to flow out like a stream of light,
It flows out into the space around you,
It is not bound by lines,
By space,
It begins to meander and go wherever it needs to,
Surrounding you in the room where you find yourself,
Moving beyond the limits of the room,
Beyond the limits of your home,
Its radius is growing beyond the perimeters of your dwelling and your property line,
It is moving through your neighborhood,
Through the area where you live and as you see it move,
Set the intention to keep pushing it out,
Pushing it with love,
With strong intention for this healing vibration to spread around the planet,
So it continues to move past your neighborhood limits,
Moving all through the town or city where you live,
Like light,
Like a fog that covers the area,
Light keeps going to cover your state,
Your province,
Moving faster,
Faster to cover the whole country,
The whole continent,
Moving beyond the land into the seas and the oceans,
Enveloping the whole planet until this beautiful heart embrace from your heart covers the whole planet,
