Music can help us find our own inner sound, and our inner stillness, silence, and deep inner peace. When we experience inner silence, peace of mind comes, and with that, our innate healing response is also activated. The intent behind this music track is to be a bridge to cross over into that focused state of mindfulness, and then experience the stilling of the mind and relax into the present meditative moment of inner peace within ourselves.
