Welcome to stepping into your day happy and confident.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright or laying down with your spine elongated and straight.

Now close your eyes.

You'll begin by relaxing your body and giving all of your attention to your breath.

Take a couple of deep breaths in and out.

And allow all of your body to relax.

Basically just過來 breathe into your body and the only way is to slowly close up your nose.

Now,

Following the natural rhythm of your breath,

Notice that on the inhale,

The body is naturally expanding.

And on the exhale,

Your body is relaxing.

Continue to breathe in and out.

On the inhale,

Breathing in comfort.

And on the exhale,

Becoming more relaxed.

And on the exhale,

Becoming more relaxed.

Starting with the top of your head and moving down through your body,

Gently scan for any tension,

Any tight spots,

Any kinks.

And as you find them,

Breathe into them.

And on your exhale,

Allow that part of your body to relax.

On the inhale,

Acknowledging the tension.

And on the exhale,

Letting go of all tension.

And then go on to the next tight spot.

Breathing comfort and on the exhale,

Relax more deeply.

Traveling down from your head into your neck and into your shoulders.

On the inhale,

Acknowledging any tension.

Letting it go completely.

Your breath naturally slowing and expanding and relaxing your body.

Now moving down into your torso.

Your arms.

Your wrists.

Your hands and your fingers.

Moving down into your abdomen.

Your hips.

Your legs.

And your feet.

Breathing comfort and letting go of all tension.

Washing away all tension so that when you go into your day,

You are comfortable and calm,

Focused and relaxed.

Confident.

Now bring your focus to your heart and the area around your heart.

You're going to bring some heart focus into your day by remembering feelings.

Starting with the feeling of happiness.

How do you feel when you are happy?

And if you can't instantaneously feel happy,

Then recall a moment in time when you felt really happy and allow the feeling to flood into your body and your mind and let go of the memory.

Saturate every fiber of your being in the feeling of happiness.

Now recall what it feels like to feel grateful,

Appreciative.

Thank you.

Allow all of your body and all of your mind to feel happy,

Grateful.

Thank you.

Swim in those feelings.

Now recall what it feels like for you when something wonderful happens in your day.

Wow,

Feels so wonderful when something great happens in your day.

When you breathe in,

Allow that feeling to move through your body and your mind.

Relax a little more.

And now recall what it feels like when things are going your way.

And if you can't remember a time,

That is okay.

Imagine how you would feel if things were going your way right now.

If everything was working out for you.

Breathe that in and let that feeling flow through your body.

Now you can bring your awareness up from your heart,

Through your throat and into your head.

And relax even more and continue to feel that feeling of everything is going your way.

The feeling of happiness and joy and the great feeling that you have when life is working out for you.

Allow these pleasant feelings to grow and expand and continue to relax your body.

Next,

You will be using your imagination to create your ideal day.

Feeling so good,

Relaxed and happy.

With your eyes closed,

Imagine that you are in the next part of your day.

You are feeling amazing.

And in your imagination,

You look around and you remember that is right.

That's what's happening after meditation.

With your eyes closed,

Imagine the scene.

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you smell?

How do you feel?

And if your picture doesn't become crystal clear,

That's all right.

Simply relax a little more and allow yourself to feel how great it is in the next part of your day.

Whatever your experience is,

Simply enjoy yourself and remain relaxed.

Relax and continue to allow yourself to feel happy and to feel confident and calm.

And to feel so good about how everything is working out for you.

Of everything you experience in this meditation,

The feelings are the most important part.

Feeling happy and appreciative and like things are working out.

Relax your body a little more and allow your breath to flow easily.

Now using your imagination,

Fast forward to the middle of your day and allow your imagination to fill in the pieces in the most beautiful way.

Feeling so great.

What is happening in this next part of your day?

Who is there?

How good can you let it get?

Allow your imagination to fill in the experience.

Relax and continue to allow yourself to feel so good about how everything is working out for you.

Beautiful,

Beautiful way to go.

What a great day you are having.

In a moment you are going to fast forward again to the end of your day.

Here you go.

Let your imagination fast forward you to the end of your day to a time shortly before bedtime.

Allow your imagination to create a scene in which you are reflecting upon this beautiful day that you have just had.

You may think or hear yourself say,

I have had such a great day.

I felt so good and happy and confident.

I was focused and relaxed.

Imagine the scene and feel it.

Feel yourself feeling amazing.

After you are done reflecting,

You hear yourself say,

I feel so good and relaxed,

Happy and appreciative for everything that has happened this day.

Now as you come back from this meditation,

Continue feeling wonderful in your body.

Allow your mind to continue feeling calm,

Relaxed,

Focused,

Happy,

Appreciative.

And ready to start your day.

Before you open your eyes,

Breathe in all that deliciousness.

Feel your feet on the floor and become aware of your body.

Open your eyes and step into your day.
