Shadow Self Meditation For Self-Acceptance
A guided meditation that leads you into a direct exploration of the shadow self. The shadow, a concept introduced by Carl Jung, refers to the parts of our personality we push aside or hide. These can include rejected traits, suppressed emotions, unexpressed desires, and parts of our potential that never found space to develop. This meditation invites you to approach these hidden aspects of yourself with awareness rather than avoidance. By acknowledging and meeting the shadow, you begin the process of integrating these parts into your conscious sense of self. The aim is greater self-understanding and psychological wholeness. Instead of remaining split between what you accept and what you reject within yourself, you start to recognise the full range of who you are.
