Reiki Transmission: Healing With Ocean Waves White Noise

This is something brand new from me, an experimental healing track!

This ASMR-infused sleep track blends gentle ocean wave recordings with the scientifically observed 7Hz Reiki healing frequency (the same frequency emitted from a practitioner’s hands during energy work). I channeled Reiki intentionally during the production of this track. This transmission supports nervous system regulation, subtle energy realignment, and deep restorative rest. The layered white noise and ocean sounds induce a calm that softens the thinking mind and opens the body to receive. Let this track hold your field while you sleep, allowing healing to unfold without effort. Headphones recommended, but it also works well through a speaker to drift you off to sleep.
