Welcome to this guided meditation.
I'm so glad that you are here.
Before we begin,
Find a flat surface to lay down on or sit comfortably in a chair,
On a floor,
On a yoga mat.
Or on your bed.
Feel your spine laying on the floor or resting above your hips.
And release as much tension as you can in this moment.
Now allow your head to find a comfortable position and allow it to relax as much as possible.
There is nothing to hold.
There is nothing to grip onto.
Adjust yourself as necessary and relax.
Release any tension in your jaw.
Any tension in your tongue.
Close your mouth.
But keep your back teeth separated.
Just let your lips gently touch together.
And if you haven't done so already,
Close your eyes.
Now inhale through your nose.
And exhale through your nose.
Again inhale through your nose.
And exhale through your nose.
Release any and all tension held in the lips,
In the cheeks,
In the jaw.
And in the tongue.
When you release the tension here,
Your neck will naturally release too.
Allow your head to get heavy.
Allow your spine to melt.
And relax.
Pay close attention to your eyelids.
Relax those eyelids,
Relax your nose.
And relax your jaw.
Relax your tongue.
And relax your lips.
Relax your ears.
Unleash your scalp and unfurrow your brow and relax.
Relax your lips.
Relax your tongue.
I like your jaw.
Now take your hands and turn them upwards,
Turn your palms up towards the ceiling.
Pay attention to any misalignments in your shoulders.
And imagine two strings attached to each of your rotor cuffs.
Pulling your shoulders down towards the ground.
As they sink,
Feel yourself dropping deeper into relaxation.
Feel your chest opening.
Your shoulder blades drawing closer together beneath you.
As your chest starts to open up,
Relax the muscles between your neck and your shoulders.
In the front and in the back.
Sinking deeper.
Opening your chest wider.
Be conscious of any misalignments.
And adjust yourself if necessary.
Extend your hands to either side of you,
Palms pointing up towards the ceiling,
Allowing all of that tension in your rotor cuffs to release.
And as they do release,
You sink deeper,
And you feel your chest expand.
Relax your eyelids.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your jaw.
Now with your eyes still closed,
Lift your gaze upwards behind your eyelids,
As if you are lifting your eyes up towards your eyebrows.
And from here,
I want you to send your awareness up and over the top of your head into the down the back of your neck.
Towards your spinal column as if your consciousness has just done a slow backwards somersault.
Once you have done this.
You will notice that you are at the very top of your spinal column,
Your cervical spine.
And slowly we will descend vertebrae by vertebrae,
Releasing the tension held between each of them.
You will now find yourself.
Standing at the top of a spiral staircase,
This is your spinal column.
We will now move down your spine one vertebrae at a time,
Starting at vertebrae C1.
Now step down to vertebrae C2.
Stepping down further to vertebrae C3.
C4 and C5.
Releasing any tension as we move down to vertebrae C6.
And deeper still to vertebrae C7.
And now we enter the thoracic portion of your spine,
Moving behind your shoulders down by your shoulder blades to T1.
Down to vertebrae T2 and vertebrae T3,
Breathing in and going deeper to vertebrae T4 and vertebrae T5.
Releasing tension on both sides of your upper spine as we descend further to vertebrae T6.
And stepping down to T7.
And T8 and going deeper to vertebrae T9.
And even deeper to vertebrae T10 and T11 and T12.
Your spine holds bone marrow and every vertebrae you have passed through contains all of this rich bone marrow.
But we are not done yet,
We are descending further,
To the factory where your blood cells are born.
Where your mast cells are born.
We now enter the lumbar spine moving deeper still to vertebrae L1 and L2.
Moving deeper to L3 and L4.
Going further and further down into vertebrae L5.
Moving through the lower back.
Which is a major reservoir of active bone marrow.
Moving down further and further as we enter the sacrum and we step down onto vertebrae S1 and S2.
Going further still to vertebrae S3 and S4.
And going deeper to S5.
Now we move through the coccyx,
The very end of your spinal column,
The tailbone.
This is an anchor point for your pelvic floor muscles,
And for your ligaments,
And for your connective tissues.
And you are to take one more step down off of the spiral staircase to the destination of your CoC-6.
Take that step now,
And as you enter the coccyx area,
Feel your coccyx resting on the floor or sitting perched above your hips.
Feel the absolute base of your spine that you have travelled to.
You made your way down the entire length of your spinal column,
From the top of your head to the very bottom.
Now from the coccyx,
Feel the web of muscles and ligaments that connect it to the pelvis.
The hammock of tissue that stretches from one side of your hips to the other.
As you move your awareness through your coccyx,
Through your pelvic floor and into the pelvis itself,
Into your hip bones,
You reach the largest bone in your body,
The heavy weight of bone marrow production.
This is the factory floor.
This is headquarters.
This is where the majority of your blood cells are made.
And this is where we are going to do today's healing work.
So you have arrived in your pelvis.
Bowl of bone that holds your center of gravity.
Feel the weight of it on the floor,
Feel how large it is.
How solid and how full of life it is.
Inside these bones right now,
Your bone marrow is working.
It has never stopped.
Since before you were born it has been producing,
Creating the cells that your body needs to survive.
Including your mast cells.
Your mast cells are born here in the marrow as immature cells.
They are small and unformed and carrying a universe of potential inside.
They enter the bloodstream and travel outwards to your gut,
To your skin,
To your airways,
To your blood vessels.
To your connective tissues.
And to the tissues around your nerves.
Everywhere that your body meets the outside world.
They settle there and they mature into sentinels,
Security guards carrying chemical grenades like histamine,
Tryptase,
Leucotrenes,
Prostaglandins,
And cytokines.
Waiting,
Watching and ready to react,
And your mast cells are reacting too much.
The sensitivity dial has been turned up too high.
They are degranulating when they should not,
Firing at food,
At temperature,
At stress,
At smells,
At exertion,
At hormones,
At sleep deprivation,
At everything.
Because your body's alarm system has decided that everything is a threat.
And it decided that because at some point in your life,
There was a threat.
So acknowledge your mast cells.
And thank them.
For they are not malfunctioning.
They are just over performing.
They are doing exactly what a security system does when it has been told that danger is everywhere.
Especially when they are told that no one is coming to help.
Feel that burden,
Feel the feeling of being unprotected,
Of being thrown in at the deep end.
Of reaching out for safety and finding nothing there.
For that is the signal that your bone marrow received.
That is the frequency these mast cells were born into.
And they carried this energy,
They carried this weight with them when they left the marrow and settled into your tissues and your nerves.
Say in your mind now,
I see the alarm.
I understand why it was said.
And from this space now we go in deeper to the marrow itself.
Your bone marrow is the source of renewal and deep vitality.
It is where your inner spark lives.
The place where your body regenerates itself every single day,
And your marrow produces billions of new cells.
It never stops creating.
And yet yours has been creating from a place of worry,
Because that is the blueprint that it received.
You felt unsafe.
You felt unprotected.
As a child you might have been left to fend for yourself.
Your guardians might have been consumed by their own problems.
Their own pain.
Their own survival.
And there might not have been enough energy and attention directed towards you.
You were not ignored because you were unimportant.
You were ignored because other people were drowning in their own energy.
And drowning people cannot hold anyone else above the water.
But your body recorded it as abandonment.
And your bone marrow,
The deepest tissue in your body,
The most protected and the most hidden,
Received the message that no one is coming.
You are on your own.
Protect yourself.
And it did.
It created mast cells calibrated to that frequency of hyper alertness and hyper reactivity.
Scanning every signal for danger.
Scanning food as a threat.
Scanning temperature change as a threat.
Scanning a new smell as a threat.
Scanning stress as a threat.
And scanning your own hormones as a threat.
Because when no one is protecting you,
Everything becomes something to defend against.
Feel that in your pelvis now.
Feel it in the marrow of your hip bones.
Feel the bone marrow factory running hot.
Producing these sentinels at full speed,
Sending them out alarmed and vigilant to every border of your body.
Relax your eyelids.
Relax your tongue.
Relax your jaw.
Feel your shoulders sinking deeper and feel your chest opening wider.
Now going deeper still,
Remembering that this is ancestral.
You feel it strongly because it is older than you.
Your ancestors were also not supported.
There was an absence of nurturing from authority figures.
From the people who should have provided safety.
And the absence of safety was passed down.
Not as a memory but as a frequency.
A vibration in the bone marrow.
Blueprint that says the world does not protect people like us so we must protect ourselves at all costs.
Your mast cells inherited that blueprint.
They are not only responding to your life,
They are responding to the generations of unsupported lives.
Generations of people who were left to fend for themselves.
Who were thrown in at the deep end.
Who never knew where they belonged.
Who were not sure that they were even wanted.
Feel the weight of that in your pelvis.
Feel the ancestral load in the marrow.
It is heavy.
It is old.
And it is not entirely yours.
Say in your mind,
I see the ancestral pattern.
I see the blueprint that was passed on to me.
I honour my ancestors for surviving without support.
And I release the frequency of unsafety from my marrow.
Now breathe.
Deep into the bowl of your pelvis.
Inhale.
.
.
And feel the breath reaching the marrow inside your hip bones.
Exhale and feel the marrow softening.
Inhale and call upon healing white light to enter your bones.
And as you exhale feel the old frequency leaving.
As you do this,
The whole space inside your pelvis is flooded with purified transmuting white light.
Feel that light expanding further and further throughout your pelvis.
Now we follow the mast cells outwards from the marrow where they were born,
Into the tissues that they travel to.
Feel your gut,
Feel the lining of your stomach.
And your intestines.
Where 70-80% of your immune activity lives.
Where the mast cells are concentrated in their highest numbers,
Sampling food,
Bacteria,
Toxins,
Stress signals,
Hormones and nervous system activity.
Every meal is an interrogation.
Every bite is scrutinized.
Say to your gut mast cells,
You can stand down.
The food is not a threat.
My digestion is safe.
Release.
Feel your skin,
The largest organ of your body,
Where mast cells sit in the border tissue.
Where flushing happens,
Where hives rise.
Where heat and cold trigger reactions.
Your skin has been reacting because it's on another border,
Another place where your body meets the outside world.
And your body does not trust the world.
So say to your skin-masked cells,
You can stand down.
The air is not a threat.
Temperature is not a threat.
My skin is safe.
Release.
Now feel your airways,
Your nose,
Your sinuses,
Your lungs.
Where mast cells guard the breath.
Where perfumes and chemicals and particles trigger constriction.
Where breathing itself can feel like a risk.
Say to your airway mast cells,
You can stand down.
The air is not poisoned.
My breath is safe.
Release.
Feel the tissue around your nerves.
Your mast cells sit here too,
Listening to your nervous system.
Responding to stress hormones.
To neuropeptides and to the electrical signals of anxiety.
This is why stress makes everything worse.
Because your mast cells have receptors for your fear.
They hear it.
They react to it.
Your immune system and your nervous system are in constant conversation.
And right now,
Both are saying that there's danger.
Say to the mast cells around any nerves,
You can stand down.
My nervous system is learning to reset.
My nervous system can rest.
Release.
Relax your eyelids.
Relax your tongue.
Now say in your mind,
I am protected.
I am here in my body.
And I am safe.
My mast cells do not need to defend me from my own life.
The alarm can be lowered.
Not switched off,
But lowered.
Lowered to the level it was always meant to be.
Responsive.
Not reactive.
Alert,
Not panicked.
Present,
Not paranoid.
Say in your mind,
I release the frequency of unsafety from my bone marrow.
I release the ancestral blueprint of abandonment from my cells.
I release the hypervigilance from my gut,
My skin,
My airways and my nerves.
My body is allowed to trust the next moment.
My mast cells are allowed to sit quietly.
Because quiet and watchful is what they do best.
When they are not afraid.
Any unpleasant thoughts that arise,
Any surges of symptoms,
Any voices in your body that don't calm down say in your mind,
Cancel,
Cancel.
Now flood your marrow in your pelvis again with white light.
White light that surrounds the hip bones,
Glowing from inside out.
White light in the spongy tissue where new cells are being made right now.
And for the first time,
Those new mast cells are being made at a different frequency.
A frequency of calm.
A frequency of supported.
The frequency of someone who is protected.
Because you are protecting yourself right now by being here.
By doing this.
Let the white light travel from the pelvis.
Up through that coccyx,
Up through the sacrum.
Into the marrow of every vertebrae that we passed down.
Allow it to expand into your ribs,
Into your sternum,
Into your skull.
Every site of bone marrow production in your body,
Glowing with white light.
Recalibrating from the factory,
Resetting the blueprint.
Your bone marrow knows how to create balanced cells.
It always has known.
It was the emotional frequency that distorted the calibration.
And that frequency has now changed.
Breathe into this feeling.
And notice the work that you have done.
Notice that something has shifted.
Feel the change in your pelvis and feel the change radiate through the marrow of your bones.
Where the factory was running hot,
There is now a factory running steady.
Where there was hypervigilance in your gut,
There is now a surveillance that is calm.
Where there was reactivity in your skin,
There is now stillness.
Where there was constriction in your airways,
There is now open breath.
Where there was panic in the tissue around your nerves,
There is now relaxation.
Your master cells are not your enemy.
They never were.
They were just children of a frightened marrow.
Sent out into your body to believe that it was unprotected and they did what they were told.
But now the instruction has changed.
Safety is here.
You are here.
The sensitivity dial is turned down.
To level in your body the way it was designed to operate.
You showed up for yourself today.
You went to the deepest tissue in your body,
The marrow inside your bones,
All the way to the factory floor,
And you changed the blueprint.
You rewrote the ancestral frequency.
And you told your mast cells they are allowed to rest.
Notice that you are still here,
You are still breathing.
Your body is held in this space.
Breathe into this change.
And take the healing you have done.
And hug it into yourself,
Pulling it back,
Back from the marrow of your pelvis,
Moving the healing up through the pelvic floor,
Back to the coccyx,
Back to your sacrum.
Feel it rising up through your lumbar spine as we ascend from L5 to L4 to L3 and L2 and L1 climbing up through the staircase of your spine up through the thoracic spine vertebrae by vertebrae bringing that healing up through the levels of T12 and T11 and T10 bringing that white light with you to vertebrae T9 and T8 and T7,
Bringing it up higher to T6 and T5 and T4,
Moving up to T3 and to vertebrae T2 and T1.
The marrow inside every vertebrae that you pass through is glowing now,
Recalibrated with these new frequencies you've brought in,
And you bring this healing energy up higher through your cervical spine,
Now rising up to the very top of your spinal column.
And you carry this energy with you as you somersault back over the top of your head back over like a wave of energy over your crown down to your eyes and now carry it down to your face and down your neck and down your throat and down your chest let it touch your sternum from the outside glowing and moving through down your arms and through your ribs on both sides,
All glowing,
Down your torso letting it pass through your gut from the outside as it descends down,
Down past where your mast cells are already standing down and radiating with a new frequency,
And also through your pelvis again from the outside,
Giving your pelvis a second wave of this healing energy,
Moving it down your hips and through the upper ends of your femur bones,
More marrow more recalibration here,
Moving that healing energy down your legs,
Down your knees,
Down your feet,
Allowing it to fill and expand throughout your entire body,
Through your skin,
Where your mast cells are now resting,
Through your airways,
Where your mast cells are now relaxing,
Through your tissue around your nerves,
Where your mast cells are now calm.
Expanding beyond your body into your aura,
Watching it grow and watching it expand and watching it fill any gaps or any holes in your energy,
Breathing into it now and letting it radiate.
Sit in this energy.
And now give gratitude and thank your bone marrow for its tireless creation,
For producing billions of cells without ever stopping.
For keeping you alive from the inside of your bones.
Thank your master cells for their vigilance.
Thank your gut for carrying the heaviest concentration of immune cells.
Thank your skin for being the border between you and the outside world.
Thank your airways for continuing to breathe even when you felt breathing was risky.
Thank your nervous system for being here,
Resetting here.
Thank your pelvis for housing your blood cells and your bone marrow factory.
And thank your coccyx for anchoring and pulling your gravitational force into reality.
Thank your sacrum for bridging the spine to the center of energy,
The center of gravity.
And thank your vertebrae for holding your bone marrow and holding this healing light you have worked with today.
Thank your ancestors for surviving without support so that you could be here.
And thank yourself for showing up today.
For going deeper than you ever have gone before,
Into the bone,
Into the marrow.
Into your blueprints.
This is an act of self-love and this is what self-love feels like.
Now breathe,
Inhale through your nose for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
5.
And exhale.
For five.
4.
3.
2.
One.
And again,
Inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
And exhale for 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
To you.
One.
And now we're going to count up to 8 and at 8 you will open your eyes and find that you are in better health mentally,
Spiritually and physically than you were before.
1 5.
6.
Welcome back.
Carry this healing with you throughout the rest of your day and come back to this space anytime that you like.
