Chakra Restoration Sound Bath

"Chakra" in Sanskrit means "wheel". This refers to energetic centers in our bodies that flow in the way a wheel spins.

I've focused on the 7 main Chakras in this sound bath:
Root
Sacral
Solar Plexus
Heart
Throat
Third Eye
Crown

Take a moment to focus on each chakra and area of the body independently. Feel each space become lighter as tension and energetic blockages are released. This sound bath will continue for 3 hours. Stay as long as you'd like.
