This sound bath was designed using the process of interoception,
Which is the awareness of the signals our body is giving our mind.
And we will be using this concept to explore every section of our body so that we may consciously receive the signals that our body is giving us.
We will begin down at our toes and work our way all the way up to the top of our crown.
Breathing through the feelings and sensations we experience and releasing and letting go of any tension or discomfort we might be carrying throughout our body.
Before we begin,
We will take a nice deep breath in,
In through our nose and out through our mouth.
We will repeat this three times as we allow our body and mind to relax.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel your body sinking into your seat.
One more breath in and breathe out.
Now let's listen to what our body wants to say to us.
Beginning down at the very tips of your toes,
Bring your awareness down to your feet.
Wiggle your toes around,
Roll your ankles around.
Really feel the sensations that are happening inside of your feet right now.
What's your feet telling you?
Breathe into the sensations.
Breathe into your feet.
Allow these vibrations to clear out any tension or discomfort.
Simply observing and receiving the signals from your feet to your mind.
Take another deep breath in,
Bringing the oxygen all the way down to the tips of your toes.
And as you exhale,
Release with a thank you.
