Welcome to harmony,

Where we breathe to the beat.

Today we're going to focus on gratitude.

Sometimes life can become stressful.

And when things get hard,

We forget all the good that is in our lives.

We forget to appreciate what we do have.

Don't worry,

I do it too.

We all do.

So let's help each other find some gratitude.

Start by laying down on your back or sitting upright in a very comfortable position.

You are in a safe space.

Now close your eyes.

Inhale through your nose.

Hold.

And breathe out from your mouth.

Repeat.

In.

Hold.

Out.

In.

Hold.

Let it go.

One more time,

But a little deeper.

In.

Hold.

Out.

Now with eyes closed,

Bring your shoulders up to your ears and squeeze.

Slowly bring your shoulders down.

Repeat.

Bring your shoulders up.

Squeeze.

Let it all go.

One more time.

Bring your shoulders up and squeeze.

And let it go.

Relax.

Shake it out.

With eyes closed,

Imagine you're at a beach.

It's a beautiful day and the sun is shining.

Can you see it?

Can you feel the warmth on your face?

Who's at the beach with you?

Who are the first three people that come to mind?

These three are people you love.

We're going to inhale and exhale three times and picture each of their faces.

Person one.

Picture their face and think of how much they love you and you love them.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Person two.

Do you see their face?

Do you feel their love?

Okay.

Breathe that in.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Person three.

Feel their warmth.

This person is very special to you.

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale it all out.

When things get hard,

Remember that you are so loved.

These three people out of many care for you.

When you are down,

Remember that there are always loved ones.

Love us and who will be there for us?

I personally am grateful for friends,

Family,

Health,

And this time that we got to spend together.

I look forward to seeing you take more time for yourself.

Thanks for joining me.

I'm so grateful for you.

Till next time.

On Harmony.

Have a great day.
