Good morning and welcome to Harmony.

This is a C-Space.

Today we will focus on the now.

Being right here,

Present.

Close your eyes and lay on your back.

Or sit upright in a comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Now repeat.

In through your nose.

Hold.

Out.

Deeper.

Inhale.

Out slowly.

One more time.

Even deeper.

In.

Out.

With your eyes closed,

Scan your body.

Loosen the tension starting from your eyebrows.

Feel them relax.

Loosen tension in your nose.

Wiggle it a little bit.

Move down to your jaw.

Relax.

Leave it slightly open.

And breathe in.

Out.

Feel your heartbeat.

Loosen up your chest.

Feel your arms loosen tension.

Unclench your hands and relax.

Wiggle your toes.

Now stay still.

And be aware of your body.

How do you feel today?

What is it that you want to focus on today?

What are you grateful for?

And how does your body feel now that you've given it the time to wake up?

Thank you so much for joining Harmony.
