This meditation is a sleep meditation for self-belief.
When we tap into our own inherent self-belief,
It can be a truly transformative experience.
Life begins to feel effortless as if we're supported by everything around us.
Self-belief is inherently accessible for all of us,
However,
We often forget or lose touch with this through our societal conditioning,
Our childhood or life experience.
But ultimately,
Self-belief is about reconnecting with the truest essence of ourselves.
Self-belief is your own inner compass towards the fulfillment of all your desires,
No matter what chaos might be happening in your outer world.
We feel grounded,
Confident and at peace when we have self-belief.
It strengthens our perseverance,
Helping us see challenges as opportunities,
And it also helps cultivate more compassion for yourself so that you can grow into a more authentic and positive version of yourself.
When you operate from a state of self-belief,
This has a rippling effect on every aspect of your life,
Whether it be your relationships,
Goals,
Finances.
At a deeper level,
Self-belief helps you let go of all that resistance that's blocking you from your dreams,
And it reconnects you with a deeper sense of trust with the outer world around you.
So this meditation was created to help shift your subconscious mind into a more positive mindset around your own self-belief.
By adopting a more positive belief system,
You're setting yourself up for success and happiness.
You will sink into a deep sleep now and wake in the morning feeling refreshed,
Revitalized and in a more positive state of mind.
Listening to this meditation each night will help to retrain any negative subconscious thought patterns around self-belief and you will automatically begin to find yourself in higher states of self-belief during your waking hours.
This window of time before you drift off to sleep is the most powerful time to influence your subconscious mind.
So as you drift off to sleep listening to my voice,
Trust your subconscious mind will take over and continue to receive the positive affirmations as you sleep.
These affirmations will build the foundation for your subconscious mind to remember what it already knows,
That you are worthy and that you are the creator and manifester of your desires.
Now is the time to embody the version of yourself who has an inner confidence and self-belief that cannot be influenced by the outside world.
So,
We're going to first begin by focusing on just one thing that happened in our day today that made you feel grateful.
Gratitude is the most powerful way to tap into your higher self,
So bring to mind something that happened.
It can be as simple as your morning meet up with a friend or watching the sun go down on your way home from work.
Just focus and bring to mind this one thing you're grateful for,
However big or small,
And allow yourself to relive that experience.
Go deeper into the experience using your senses,
What can you see?
What smells were there,
How did it feel,
Was it warm,
Cold?
Was there any taste involved?
Just appreciate that moment,
Prepare your mind and your body for sleep and relaxation.
Just begin by taking a deep breath in,
Expanding your belly,
Chest,
And a gentle breath out,
Letting go of all of the stress of your day,
Letting go of all of the stress of your day.
Let's do a few more breaths,
Deep inhale,
Relaxing every muscle in your body.
These slow deep breaths in,
Just begin to relax each part of your body,
Starting with your toes,
Relaxing every muscle in your toes,
Your feet,
Moving into your calves and your thighs,
Your entire legs are heavy sinking deeper into the bed.
Take a deep breath into your stomach again,
And as you exhale,
Relax completely,
Relaxing now your chest,
Every muscle in your arms as they sink deeper into the bed,
You feel so comfortable and relaxed now.
Now I want you to place your hands over your heart,
And as you have your hands over your heart,
I want you to imagine what it would feel like to already believe in yourself fully.
Just allow yourself to sink into the feeling,
Visualize what actions are you taking from a place of self-belief,
Just allow yourself to sink deeper into the experience of having an unshakable self-belief,
Right?
Rest easy,
Trusting in the natural unfolding,
Trust that everything is taken care of now,
Allowing your subconscious mind to take over,
And now as you let go,
You're getting more and more dreamy and sleepy,
As you fall deeper and deeper into relaxation,
You're sinking deeper into relaxation,
And your mind is now completely relaxed,
You feel yourself sink deeper and deeper into the bed,
And it feels so good to rest your head into your bed,
Feeling a warmth emanating,
Your greatest desires and dreams are already looked after,
All your desires,
And receive these affirmations as you sleep peacefully,
Enough,
Just as I am,
I trust myself to make the right decisions,
And others respect me to be the best in myself,
Try,
Fail,
And try again,
And gentle with myself,
I treat myself with the love I deserve,
And recharge,
Enough,
Just as I am,
And others respect me too,
I choose to see the best in myself,
To change my life with resilience,
I choose to respond with strength,
And recharge,
Enough,
Just as I am,
I trust myself to make the right decisions,
And others respect me to give myself permission to try,
