Transcript

Place yourself in a comfortable cozy position.

You can be seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a long slow deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

As you slowly breathe feel your whole body relax.

Imagine that you are standing in a beautiful garden.

See the garden in your mind.

Perhaps it's a garden that you've already visited or perhaps it's an imaginary garden.

You can feel the soft wet grass beneath your toes and the sun shines down on you making you feel warm all over your body.

Hear the birds,

Hear the sounds of the leaves,

Hear the wind,

Notice any smells.

Perhaps you can smell the flowers.

Now slowly look around you.

In front of you there are hundreds of trees and sunlight shimmers off the leaves.

You also see bushes with red berries on and they softly rustle in the light.

When you look closer at the bushes and out pops a little black puppy.

Comes over and sits on your feet and you feel his soft warm fur on your toes.

You notice he has a tag on a blue collar.

It says his name is Scooby.

You place your hand on his soft fur and he looks up at you with the happiest look you have ever seen.

You stroke him.

Whole starts to feel very.

Any worries from your day start to fade slowly away as Scooby helps to make them disappear.

You stroke his soft ears,

His little nose,

His furry back and one by one those worries fade further and further away.

The feeling of calm and happiness starts to take over your whole body.

You feel peaceful all the way from the tips of your toes to the tip of your nose.

Feel it right now.

Notice how it feels.

Scooby wants you to know that whenever you feel any worry you can simply close your eyes and imagine him by your side.

Imagine his soft fur.

He will always be there for you.

Give Scooby one more gentle stroke before watching him run back into the garden,

Into the trees and into the distance.

Take a slow breath and as you do gently start to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and as you open your eyes perhaps you smile as you remember Scooby the wonderful puppy.
