This is Why Your Life Isn't in Flow! This is a discussion about how to have no insistence and no resistance in life so that your life can be in flow. We share our tips and routines for how we stay in flow and what can block you.

Han meditation.
In today's video,
We're going to be talking about just a little bit having no insistence and having no resistance.
This is a very important topic that a lot of people do not cover on an everyday basis.
So with little things and with large things,
This will just help you get into the flow of reality.
This is really how you get into the flow.
Kelly and I can both elaborate on different ways that we get into the flow of reality and how we do it,
But for the most part,
You want to have no insistence,
No resistance.
What this means is no insistence.
You cannot say that you have to have a certain way done.
If you want to heal your body,
If you want to get from A to B,
You can't say this is how it has to be done.
If you want to manifest the car,
You can't say it has to be this car.
If you want to manifest the house,
It has to be this house in this neighborhood on this street.
And it has to look like this.
That is not the way to manifest and be in the flow of things.
That's having insistence.
And in the same turn on the different side of the same coin,
You can't have resistance.
Resistance is saying,
I don't want this.
I don't want that at all.
This is already in my life.
I can't have it.
I can't have it.
I can't have it.
Something's already in my life.
I'm resisting and I'm resisting it.
I'm resisting it.
I don't want to.
I don't get away from me.
The more you resist it,
The more it's going to show up in your life.
Time and time again,
Different forms and another way.
Because reality in the universe is just saying this is what they don't want.
Let's give them more of that because that's what they're focused on.
That's what they're feeling.
That's what the reality is.
So that's what it's going to that's what's going to happen.
Sometimes it's hard to you just imagine one thing in your head and you can't imagine better than that.
So that's the thing you always want to concentrate on.
And that's OK.
But you can't be insistent on that.
So what I always like to say is this or something better and keep that in mind,
That it's going to be this or something better and kind of just use that as your template or your your visual of what the feeling is,
But not attached to only that alone,
This or something better.
And then that's what you will attract.
But we don't realize this.
There are certain things that are permission slips.
What a permission slip is,
Is you don't have to do anything to get anything you want.
You could just automatically manifest it because you're an infinite being.
But since we live in this physical reality,
A lot of people need permission slips to make themselves feel better.
It's just the same thing.
If you're,
You know,
Have a headache,
Can you take some acetaminophen or ibuprofen or whatever?
That's not actually doing anything,
But it's a permission slip for your body and for your mind to allow yourself to get rid of that pain or whatever.
You know,
Aching is going on in your body.
So that is a permission slip on that level.
But there's permission slips on other levels as well,
Where you could just use them,
Like Kelly said,
To saying a certain phrase,
A certain mantra over and over again,
That will get you in the right mind frame that will get you in the right headspace in order to really just sit there and relax and allow things to flow in perfect harmony,
Perfect timing.
Another way to flow in perfect harmony and timing is just to meditate.
Meditation is incredibly important.
That's why I've made over 400 meditations.
That's why I'm on Insight Timer.
That's why I'm posting these meditations on YouTube so you guys can have them as tools to use to get yourself in that positive mind state,
In that positive frame of mind as a permission slip so that you can manifest and flow an easier way into everything.

You know,
A bunch of different frequencies that will help you manifest healing,
Abundance of all kinds and positivity.
So that's some simple ways to just get in there.

What else do you do?
You journal,
Do you,
You know,
I mean,
You have a nice routine that you do all the time.
You're always doing certain things that I admire and I watch you do them and I'm like,
Wow,
She's really dedicated to this stuff.
So,
Oh,
Well,
Thank you.
Well,
I definitely like to get that input into my brain every day of just hearing the right knowledge of how to think.
Right.
So you start like you wake up and what do you do?
Wake up.
I like to journal as much as I can.
If I can do that before the phone,
That would be really good.
And also get into the sunlight.
I love using that lately to naturally wake me up as my cortisol levels go down.
Wow.
And it helps with that.
I also like to do a quick distance Reiki every morning.
You kind of it's kind of like my form of prayer.
So I just send it out to the world,
But also,
You know,
Go through the list of all of our family members,
Our loved ones,
Our friends,
All of that.
As I start getting ready,
I like to just listen to something really good and positive.
Of course,
High meditations.
I love affirmations.
I like Abraham Hicks lately.
And just start the day off in that right mind state is really,
Really key for me.
And furthermore,
I think that the really big thing is you have got to work on any insecurities you have inside any,
You know,
Belief systems that are not true,
That you have to get rid of letting things flow.
That's a huge battle or not a battle,
But that's a huge part of the equation.
Yeah,
But it is only about half because you can get that exact thing that you want land on your doorstep,
Come to you.
But if you're not working through your fears,
Your insecurities,
Those false beliefs,
You can be your own block to it and it can land on your doorstep and your fear will make you say no.
Your insecurity will make you say no.
And you can miss your own blessing that you manifested because you didn't do that inner work.
So it's really important.
You're right.
And the way that God works in higher frequencies and higher level beings is that they like to joke with you.
They like to play around with you.
And I'm that way a lot to where I'm always joking.
I'm always poking at Kelly in a playful,
Funny way.
And I always like to just,
You know,
Play and joke around with my family and my friends who obviously know I'm joking.
I love my heart.
And I'm not saying in a mean spirited or teasing way,
Just poking and joking around and trying to get them to laugh at themselves and laugh at me as well and in that way so that we're all just flowing and having fun.
And that goes to what Kelly said with insecurities is you're just joking around and you get more comfortable than you know,
You're not even worried about any kind of insecurity or anything.
You're just having fun.
You're playing around.
But there's a lot of people that have serious insecurities that they can't even joke.
They can't even smile.
They can't even laugh at themselves.
So you have to learn to laugh at yourself before you can laugh with others.
So that's another way to just get your mind right and just get into the flow of things and just relax.
And like Kelly said,
I love to put that positivity in my brain all day,
Every day,
As soon as I wake up,
I like to put on that on meditations,
Just a meditation and just listen to listen to the positive energy that I'm putting out in that channel while I'm going down.
And then I go and stretch my body,
Get that blood flowing in my body.
I like to stretch it out.
And then I like to do my breathing meditation,
My pranayama breathing techniques.
And then I just like to start the day in a positive way right there.
You do that.
And like Kelly said,
If it's a nice sunny day,
I go out there.
Even if it's not the sun,
It rays are still coming through the clouds.
So I still like to get them in my eyes.
I still like to get them on my skin.
But in a perfect world,
It's a nice sunny day.
And you can just go out there and you feel that warmth.
You feel that energy.
You give your gratitude to the earth.
You give your gratitude to reality.
And then you could just really start and just,
Man,
That's where the day starts.
And that's a beautiful way to start your day.
Walking,
Moving,
Stretching,
Just getting yourself in the flow of things where you're not thinking about the past or the future.
You're just in the moment.
No resistance,
No insistence.
