But you continue to descend.

You continue to walk down this stairwell until it's pitch black and cold in the room,

But when you get to the bottom of the stairs,

You see a door,

You feel a handle,

And you start to hear,

The ocean,

Waves of water,

The waves of ocean water,

You wonder what is beyond the door,

Grab a hold of the handle,

You open the door,

And even as you open the door,

One tiny crack,

You feel the rays of sun,

Instantly warming your face with the healing heat rays of the sun.

You open the door more,

And it's too bright to see,

Soon your eyes get adjusted to the light,

And you see the most beautiful paradise that you have ever seen.

You walk through the door,

You feel the sand on your feet,

You see luscious plant life all around you,

Beautiful plants,

It's the perfect day,

And as you continue to walk,

There's a seat,

Just for you,

On it's own island,

Surrounded by a little puddle of water,

And you can see the ocean on the horizon around you.

The door is gone,

You are now transported to this magical,

Mystical,

Mysteriously beautiful place of nature,

You feel as if you are on the core of the earth,

You feel as if you are surrounded,

And inside and next to the heart of the earth,

Because the love emanating from the ground around you,

The serenity,

The vibration that you're getting,

Just from hearing and seeing this beautiful array of plant life,

Water,

Fish,

Look into the water,

It's crystal clear,

You can see dolphins swimming,

You can feel their love as they communicate with you,

In this moment,

Know for a fact,

That you are where you need to be,

And you sit down,

You feel your fingers running through the water,

And you just relax,

As you sit down,

On this island of sorts,

You feel comfortable,

Know that you are where you need to be,

And that if just only for this moment,

Everything will be alright,

You become the waves of water,

Because they've helped you be able to thrive and succeed,

Of the plant that you were born in,

And now that you are deep in the ground as the seed,

You start to feel a strange sensation,

A wonderful sensation,

What could it be,

You know what this is,

It's water itself,

You start to feel on your seedling body,

Nourishing you,

Allowing you to grow strong,

You start to grow,

This water,

In this moment you have escaped a fresh air,

As you break through this ground,

Feel yourself breathing in this fresh air,

But this is just the beginning,

As you break through,

You feel the fresh air,

And you hear thunder,

Beautiful thunderous applause,

You feel it,

Rain droplets dropping down upon you,

Until you are a fully grown plant,

You feel yourself growing and growing,

Large tree,

Fully grown tree,

Rooted in the earth,

You still have your first roots,

And now the first fruit,

You're starting to bear from this tree you've become,

An apple forms,

A proud apple,

And you see a human come along,

Plucking this apple,

You feel gratitude,

That you could help these humans gain sustenance,

Gain health,

Gain love,

All from your food that you've created,

Starting as a little seed,

That was burrowed into the ground,

With the help of the animals of the forest,

That was placed there,

With the help of the wind,

That was nourished,

With the help of the soil,

With the help of water,

With the help of all that is,

Look at what you've become,

Powerful,

Great,

Perfect,

Piece of nature,

Because that is your true nature,

To be a perfect piece of nature.
