We often believe belief is somehow necessary to function in life. If you check, you will discover that knowing is much more helpful than believing. As you let go of your positive and negative beliefs you open to your intuitive knowingness and clear reason. In this release we dissolve some of the beliefs that are holding us back.

So everyone think of a belief that has been holding you back or that you just simply would like to be free of.

And could you just simply welcome the belief?

And welcome all the wanting associated with the belief.

Either wanting to defend it,

Explain it,

Justify it,

Control it,

Fix it,

Change it,

Get approval for it,

Be safe with it,

Or use it to be separate or one.

Could you just simply welcome any wanting associated with the belief?

And could you welcome to any sense that the belief is personal,

Is about you or who you are?

And then as best you can,

Just for now,

Could you let go of wanting to believe that again?

And as best you can,

Just for now,

Could you let go of wanting to be the one with that belief?

And allow yourself to focus on that same belief or some other belief that you've been living as though it is true.

It could be about how much money you have or can have,

About your health,

About your relationships.

Whatever it is,

Could you just simply welcome it?

And could you welcome to any wanting to defend the belief,

To justify the belief,

To explain the belief,

To prove or disprove the belief,

And any other wanting to do anything with or about it?

And then could you welcome as well any sense that it's yours?

That it defines you,

That it belongs to you,

That it's about you,

Or even that it is you.

And then as best you can,

Just for now,

Could you let go of wanting to believe that again?

No matter how true it may still seem,

Could you let go of wanting to believe it again?

Could you let go of wanting the belief to be true?

Could you let go of wanting to be the one with that belief?

And could you be just open to the possibility that you need no belief in order to be?

Being requires nothing at all.

Okay good.
