Transcript

Find a comfortable position on the floor or on your bed or sitting in a chair.

With your hands at your side or resting on your knees,

Palms facing up.

Or place your hands with your thumb and forefinger touching,

Making a triangle position,

Resting lightly on your belly.

With your hands connected,

Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths of life force energy,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling softly through your mouth.

Imagine that you're blowing bubbles through a wand,

Very gentle exhalation.

With each inhalation and exhalation,

Feel your body melting beneath you.

Feel your shoulders relax,

Any tension in your legs,

Arms.

And with each exhalation,

Feel your hands uncurl and allow the tension to release into the room.

Gonna take one more deep breath.

Now I want you to clear your mind of any outside thoughts,

Ignore any outside sounds and give yourself permission to fully relax.

Starting at the top of your head,

I want you to imagine a shaft of golden white light.

Visualize this light like sunshine entering the top of your head and scanning through your body,

Clearing you of any negative thoughts and any emotional toxins you may be holding on to.

It's entering the top of your head,

Moving down your forehead.

Your eyes feel heavier,

Your eyelids are closing,

Moving down,

Relaxing your face,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Down your arms all the way to your fingertips.

Now imagine the light now hitting your chest,

Opening up your heart,

Moving down your torso,

Your solar plexus,

Your belly,

Your hips,

And then moving down your thighs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles all the way to the tips of your toes.

We are now ready to begin.

Want you to visualize above your head a purple sphere of light,

A glowing ball of light,

Almost violet purple.

This is your crown chakra.

Imagine the light glowing right above your head,

Radiating onto the top of your head.

This energy point is associated with your personality,

Your inspiration,

Your divine wisdom and understanding.

Take a deep breath and visualize the purple light at the top of your head.

Now we're going to move down to the brow chakra,

The third eye,

The point right between your eyebrows.

Visualize a sphere of light,

Dark blue in color,

Indigo blue,

The color of the sky on a dark starry night.

This energy point is associated with intuition,

Insight,

Imagination,

Concentration,

Peace of mind,

Wisdom.

Take a deep breath and visualize the deep blue globe of light.

Moving down to your throat chakra,

Imagine a sphere of light that is sky blue,

The bluest blue on the sunniest day.

Visualize a light like a vast expansive sky right at your throat.

This energy point is for true communication,

Creative expression in speech,

Integration,

Peace,

Truth,

Knowledge,

Gentleness and honesty.

Take a deep breath and once again visualize the sphere of sky blue light right at your throat.

Now we reach your heart chakra.

Visualize a sphere of light that is emerald green,

Green like a lush field of grass.

Picture this sphere of light right at your heart,

Bright green and lush,

Glowing bright.

This is the energy point associated with unconditional love,

Forgiveness,

Compassion,

Understanding,

Acceptance,

Harmony.

Take a deep breath and again visualize the green sphere of light right at your heart.

Next we move down to the solar plexus chakra located right below your ribs,

Right above your navel.

Visualize a ball of light,

Yellow like sunshine,

A big shining ball of yellow light.

This is the energy of point that is associated with your will,

Personal power,

Humor,

Laughter,

Warmth,

Awakening.

Once again take a deep breath and visualize a yellow ball of light.

Now we move down to the navel chakra right at your belly button.

Imagine a glowing orange ball of light.

This is the energy point associated with your emotions,

Your desires,

Pleasure,

Change,

Tolerance and surrender.

Take a deep breath and once again visualize a glowing orange glow of light right at your belly button.

Finally,

We reach the root or base chakra.

Here we visualize a shining sphere of red light,

Red like fire.

This energy point is associated with the physical body,

Grounding,

Stability,

Security,

Courage.

Take a deep breath and once again visualize a red sphere of light.

Now once again I want you to visualize a white golden light that entered the top of your head at the beginning of this meditation.

Imagine it splitting in two at the base of the root chakra and moving down each leg lightly stroking from your knee down to the tips of your toes three times,

Sweeping away any excess energy,

Excess toxins.

Visualize all seven chakras beginning from where we left off at the root or base chakra,

A red glow.

Moving up to your navel chakra,

The color orange,

Your third chakra,

The solar plexus,

Your yellow,

Your heart chakra,

Emerald green,

Your throat chakra,

Sky blue,

Your brow chakra,

Indigo blue,

And your crown chakra right above your head,

Violet purple.

One more deep breath and visualize all of those spheres of light aligned from the crown to the base of your spine.

Now I want you to imagine that you're standing at the edge of the beach.

In front of you is the vast open sea.

You can see the waves crashing down on the shoreline.

Take a step onto the warm sand and walk towards the water.

Feel the waves washing up on the shore,

Lightly tickling your toes and receding.

Be aware of your breath as you visualize yourself standing at the edge of the ocean.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath like the tide coming in and out.

Allow yourself to stand in this glory.

In a moment,

We are going to return to the here and now.

Remember,

You can always keep your mind clear,

Your heart open,

And return to the rhythm of your breath.

A clear mind and an open heart makes for a healthy being.

Take a deep breath once again and counting backwards from 10.

Bring energy and vitality back to your toes.

Feel your toes slightly waken.

Moving up to your ankles.

8.

Your calves.

7.

Your knees.

6.

Your thighs.

5.

Your hips.

4.

Your belly.

3.

Your chest and shoulders.

Feel the energy down to your fingertips.

2.

The back of your head and face.

And 1.

Open your eyes.
