Gratitude is like an open doorway into the qualities of the heart. Allow yourself to be held in the heart of the Divine Mother, of gratitude in this relaxing, loving guided meditation. A wonderful practice for any time of day.

Gratitude.

Gratitude.

Gratitude.

One of the most beautiful gifts we have to share with ourself and to share with others.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Again,

A deep breath,

Feeling the air move in through the nostrils,

Filling the whole body,

And then gently exhale.

With the next inhale,

Let your awareness drop to the center of your chest,

To your heart chakra.

And feel your inhale bring energy into the heart,

And with your exhale,

Feel that energy expand out through the heart.

Let's take four or five breaths,

Breathing in to the heart and breathing out in expansion.

Feel the heart growing bigger with each inhale and exhale.

Now let your mind see a time that you feel so much gratitude for.

It could be with a person.

It could be reading a word in a book.

It could be something in nature.

Just feel in your heart,

Think with your mind,

And bring that time into your awareness.

Now let that experience be in your heart.

Feel the gratitude for that moment.

Feel the depth of that gratitude deep in your heart.

Feel the emotion that comes with this gratitude.

Breathe in to the heart,

Breathe in to that emotion,

Breathe in to that gratitude,

And let it expand out.

Let it move out into your chest cavity.

With each breath becoming bigger into the organs,

Into your glands,

Deep breath in to every cell in the body in this deep gratitude.

Filling every cell with the sparkling light,

The sparkling joy of gratitude.

Feel your whole body alive in love with life every cell.

Gratitude,

One of the greatest gifts given to humanity,

The ability to feel gratitude,

To give gratitude,

To receive gratitude.

So as your whole body is sparkling with this deep gratitude,

Let your awareness slowly come back to the heart every cell still vibrating.

And start to move your toes,

Move your fingers,

Just sway your body a little bit.

Come back into the present moment filled with this gratitude,

And go into your day sharing this gratitude with everyone you think about,

Everyone you see,

Everyone you pass by.

Gratitude,

Gratitude,

Gratitude.
