Transcript
Welcome to this gentle meditation to help you reconnect with your energy and feel nourished from within.
You can do it sitting or lying down,
Whatever feels best for you right now.
This practice is especially supportive if you feel tired,
Depleted or are recovering from illness or stress.
Let's gently open a space together,
A space where you can let go and receive.
This meditation is here for you to recharge,
To restore,
To return to your centre.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Somewhere you can truly let go for the next few minutes,
Whether you choose to sit or lie down,
Simply allow yourself to soften.
Gently close your eyes,
Take a moment to arrive,
Feel the ground beneath you,
The gentle pull of gravity holding you and your breath,
Quietly flowing in and out just as it is.
Now,
Begin to sense your body,
Just noticing what is present,
There may be places that feel tired,
Heavy,
Tense or even empty,
Let it all be as it is,
With kindness.
Begin to breathe a little more consciously now,
Deep into your belly,
With each breath imagine your body gently expanding from within,
Creating more space,
More ease,
Your body naturally begins to align,
Effortless,
Rising gently from your centre,
Feel your spine lengthening,
From the base of your pelvis all the way to the crown of your head,
With each inhale notice a soft lengthening,
A subtle spaciousness awakening,
Your body remembers what it feels like to be in its strength,
Quiet,
Alive,
Present,
If you like,
Silently say to yourself,
I am open to new energy,
I give myself permission to recharge,
Imagine a gentle light beginning to glow within you,
Maybe in your heart or deep in your belly,
A soft golden radiance,
Warm,
Steady,
Quiet and strong,
With every breath this light expands,
Flowing through your chest,
Into your arms,
Your back and down into your legs,
This light is your life force,
It's always been within you,
Just resting,
Waiting to be felt again,
It begins to flow once more in your own rhythm,
If it feels right,
Place one hand on your heart or your belly,
A gesture to connect with yourself,
I am ready to regenerate,
My energy is returning,
Feel how you are nourished,
Deeply and gently from within,
No pressure,
No effort,
Just breath and presence,
Stay with your breath for a few more moments,
Simply notice what has shifted,
Perhaps there's a little more space,
A little more calm,
A quiet sense of strength,
Your body remembers,
Let any images gently fade and when you feel ready,
Begin to slowly move your fingers,
Your toes,
Coming back in your own rhythm to the here and now,
Take one last deep breath as if drawing all this renewed energy into yourself,
It's safe to receive new energy,
Thank you for giving yourself this time,
If this meditation supported you,
Feel free to save it or follow along,
So you can return to your strength again and again,
Thank you for your presence,
Namaste.
