A veces cuando medito mi cuerpo me mueve. Sobre todo mi torso. Es como si amodara algo dentro. El aire? Porque a veces saco eructos x la boca. Y después mi cuerpo se siente más liviano. Pero mi cuerpo se contornea. Pasa también con la tensión en el cuello, Mandíbula, rostro. O comienzo a llorar. Y después todo se calma. Como si a veces fuera una meditación en movimiento de la cintura para arriba. Siempre después me calma.
