This guided practice supports you in becoming more aware of how stress may be showing up in your body. You’ll be led through a body scan, moving attention gradually through your body, noticing any sensations with openness and curiosity. Towards the end of the practice, there’s space for a few moments of gentle movement before returning to stillness. It’s a simple but powerful way to tune in and build awareness of your body’s response to stress.
