All right let's take a quick moment and get nice and comfortable.
Find a place where you can sit or lay comfortably without moving for the next 10-15 minutes or so.
A spot where you can truly just relax.
Begin to take a little bit of a deeper breath.
Focus your breath on your solar plexus.
Breathe all the way in and allow yourself to breathe out any stagnant or murky energy.
On the exhale just imagine that gray,
Brown,
Murky energy leaving your body.
Beautiful cleanse.
And just starting to notice any sensations in and around your body.
Paying attention.
Allow yourself.
Start to feel almost this looseness.
Almost like you could just wiggle yourself out of your body.
Yeah.
And on your next inhale I want you to pay attention to your thoughts.
Start to notice your thoughts.
What they're doing.
How they're showing up.
Let your thoughts pass through like trains.
Allow yourself to begin to pay attention to the space in between your thoughts.
Notice as that space gets a little bit longer and a little bit longer.
Start to notice your breath.
Consciously allow yourself to connect your inhale to your exhale and your exhale to your inhale.
So it almost feels like one long continuous breath.
Maybe you start to notice yourself standing atop a mountain.
In front of you you can see some steps leading downwards.
As you step down begin to also count backwards from 10 to 0.
In between each count take one full inhale and one connected exhale.
Feel yourself relax deeper and deeper as you count.
With each step down you feel lighter,
Freer,
Knowing you're about to enter a special safe place.
As you reach the ground you can feel deeply relaxed.
Take a few fine deep connected breaths.
Begin to walk forwards until you see an opening.
Look around.
Open up.
Utilize all your senses.
You can see that you're in the most beautiful sanctuary.
A place that is yours alone.
Where you feel completely safe,
At peace,
Nurtured,
And loved.
Let your mind wander.
See the trees and the flowers.
Maybe even see yourself picking a flower and holding it to your nose,
Smelling its fragrance.
Listen to the birds singing or the wind rustling in the trees.
Maybe you can see some water from a nearby stream.
Scoop some up and bring it to your lips and taste.
Feel as it refreshes your thirst.
Feel the sun on your skin.
This is your place.
You can create it to be whatever you wish.
There are no limitations to your vision.
Allow yourself to be the creator.
If you could have a place of physical perfection,
How would it be?
Perhaps you want to create a magnificent dome or pyramid of light,
Or a high wall of crystal,
Or a vine-covered wall make you feel safer.
Notice the details in the color of the sky.
In here,
There is no responsibility except for you to feel wonderful.
Just freedom,
Love,
Acceptance.
This is a place you can go.
Access your life and learn to recreate it the way you wish it to be.
Take a few more moments and explore.
Create different places and spaces.
When you're ready,
You can slowly start to find your way back,
Knowing that this is your space.
This is your place.
And you can access it any time that you wish.
Take your time and slowly find your way back to the room that you're in,
Feeling your body,
Maybe wiggling your toes,
Your fingers,
And your nose.
And when you find your way back,
You can grab your journal and write out anything that you discovered or created or experienced.
