Have you ever rocked your palms together and then slowly pulled them apart?

You might feel a subtle tingling or a magnetic sensation between them.

This is energy,

Your own vital force.

Our hands are constantly giving and receiving energy.

They can soothe with a gentle touch,

Awaken through movement,

Or even transmit healing when directed with intention.

Healers,

Artists,

And spiritual practitioners have long understood that our hands can channel this energy consciously.

Reiki,

Qigong,

Intuitive touch,

And even prayer utilize the hands as conductors.

But you don't have to be a trained healer to use this wisdom.

Simply placing your hands over your heart,
