During this meditation, we will be drinking our warm and soothing tea together. After each sip, I will bring forth a light language transmission. Bring a cup of tea of your choice to this meditation. Mindful tea drinking can help you feel more calm and relaxed and can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Light language is received directly by your higher self. Even though the sounds are not recognizable to your brain as a particular language, the soul understands and responds accordingly.
