I Am A Goddess Affirmations: Nothing About Your Body Needs Fixing

I have met very few women who can accept their bodies naked. Yet we were born in this way and it’s really the most natural thing in the world. Your nude body is perfection. Your naked body is natural. You are a true goddess, at whatever shape, size, colour or height you might be.

Modern culture has told us we should look a certain way. Well this is one naked loving goddess who is over all that, and as a result I have the desire to spread beautiful, delicious, naked body love to every woman.

I suffer from PTSD and have battling self esteem issues since I was a child. I was a chunky monkey 🐒 growing up, I loved food so much that it was my first word!
But my father started locking the cabinets and pantries stating I had to ask before helping myself. And to this day when he sees me - he’ll tell me I need to eat more I’m too skinny or will tell me I need to start exercising when I gain a little weight. 🙄
I had boyfriends pick on me about my weight, one, VERY short termed relationship,
(and I could emphasize or make a joke about the “short” because he is only 4.5” but I believe everyone is beautiful just the way they are even if I don’t see it for myself)
This one went as far as LITERALLY cleaning out my entire kitchen and threw all my food away! (& I lived right across the street from a homeless shelter/food bank!!) he replaced my fridge will nothing but dieting shakes!!! I only weighed 145lbs!
Besides the men issues - in my line of work, it is VERY competitive, entirely based on looks, especially women & their figures. It’s hard to feel confident in my work when I’m 29, could pass for 18 (aside from all my tattoos), & still have the build of a 18 year old. Luckily my niche is different from most & clothes are definitely a huge bonus due to the type of clothes. Thank the gods for corsets! 😆
This meditation made my day! And gave me the confidence boost I needed to feel good (&sexy) just the way I am, so I know today will be a good day at work!
