Great Spirit of Divine Love,

Divine Light,

I call upon you now as I come into my time for sleep.

I ask please for your cloak of protection to be placed around me as I move into sleep.

I call for my guides and my helpers to be with me,

For all energies that are not mine to be sent back to the light.

I call all my own energy back all around me and I ask for a beautiful bubble of divine light to be placed around me as I sleep.

May my dreams be peaceful,

May my dreams be insightful,

May my sleep be deeply healing to every cell of my body.

May I extend this light all around anyone in my home,

Around my own bed a beautiful orb of bubble of light,

And around the outside of my home creating a beautiful sacred pyramid of light impenetrable to any and all lower forces,

A beautiful sacred healing chamber for sleep.

I give thanks and blessings as I tune into rest knowing that I am safe and I am protected as I sleep.
