Meet Your Angel Within

Guided meditation with backing music. Within you there is an angel waiting to be sculpted, this beautiful celestial being of light is you, you are the angel! Potentially, at this present moment, you may be unable to hear, sense or see her or maybe you have fleeting whispers, glances or sensations. You may or may not believe or know of their existence currently, for they may have been covered up over years, enclosed and being force-fed thoughts and beliefs from your own mind or other people. So I invite you to meet that inner being of light within you. Listen as often as you feel guided.

Beautiful soul,

You are perfect,

You are loved and you are whole.

Within you is a light so bright,

A voice filled with love,

Eyes that see with love,

Ears that hear with love.

Take this truth into your mind,

Your subconscious,

Your conscious and your super conscious mind,

Aligning to the truth that you have a beautiful angel within you and this angel is waiting to reveal themselves to you.

They are waiting for you,

They want you to know the truth,

They are part of you,

They were with you in the beginning and they will be with you for eternity.

For their light leads the way.

With each breath out you go deeper into your heart,

Floating yet sinking,

Swimming yet floating,

Diving deep into the depths of your heart and as you reach the door to your heart you feel an excitement,

An anticipation,

The door opens and you step inside.

The light is so bright,

Sense,

See,

Feel or know the light,

Notice the color of the light.

As the light begins to focus you may sense,

See,

Feel or know an outline,

A shape,

You may sense,

See,

Feel or know wings,

A halo or you may simply sense,

See,

Feel and know this light.

I invite you now to be with this light,

Be with your light.

This light is the angel within you,

The light within you,

The divine within you,

The messenger from mother father of the cosmos,

The voice of love,

The eyes of love,

The ears of love.

Know that you can meet them anytime,

Know that by simply dropping into your heart you will connect with the real you,

The angel within you,

Will guide you,

Will shine a light,

Follow your light,

Follow your star,

Feeling still the connection to the angel within you,

Knowing they are always there.

Slowly,

Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes knowing that the angel within you is the real you.

Allow the alignment of the angel within,

The ego mind,

Your subconscious,

Conscious and super conscious mind to come together in the truth that only love is real.

Feel this peace within you now,

Feel the love,

Feel heaven on earth,

You are heavenly harmony and so it is.
