Welcome to Inside Timer.

My name is Georgiana Pétek.

Today,

I will guide you through a short,

Relaxing practice meant to infuse you with kindness and enthusiasm.

There will be intermittent moments of silence and the sound of a Tibetan singing ball at the end.

First,

I invite you to gently nestle into a spot that you consider safe,

As comfortably as possible.

Take your time doing that.

Back straight,

Maybe supported by a wall,

A couch,

A pillow.

Head slightly tilted forward.

Maybe softly close your eyes.

Take a big breath in through your nose and calmly exhale it through your mouth.

Inhale.

Let's do it again.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Let's do it again.

Long breath in through the nose.

Slow exhale through the mouth.

One more,

Just like it.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathe out gently through the mouth for as long as it takes to fully exhale the air that has just passed through your body.

Welcome the breath.

Notice it.

Let it flow.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Welcome the breath.

Notice it.

Let it flow.

Teeth are not touching so that the jaw can relax.

Let the air come in and follow it with your thought.

How far can you feel it enter your body?

Does it stop at the throat?

Does it go to the chest?

To the heart?

To the belly?

Let your breath travel back out through your nose.

See if you can find a balance in this flow.

Breathing in,

Gently through the nose,

Letting the breath travel down,

Becoming one with the breath,

Feeling it leave through the nostrils in a gentle flatter.

Your mind may wander.

Your thoughts may drift every once in a while or all the time.

It is normal.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath or my words each time you notice this shifting thought.

Now I invite you to imagine a shimmering continuous circle hovering above the crown of your head,

A tiny source fresh with dancing drops of water.

Welcome it in.

Feel the freshness bathe your brain,

Swishing it energy.

Acknowledge the spring becoming stronger.

Let it spread into rivulets washing the back of your eyes,

Ears,

Nose and mouth.

Feel the spring come together,

Stronger again all the way to your throat.

Once more let it in,

Into your chest,

Spreading to your heart.

Feel the energy this fresh running water brings.

Let it bathe your organs,

Your stomach,

Your pelvis.

Feel this energy drape bones,

Muscles,

Tissue.

Sense these droplets spread enveloping each cell of your body.

All 37.

2 trillion cells cocooned at once into freshness,

Light,

Energy.

There's so much strength in you.

All these cells coming together wrapped up in supreme vivacity form the wonder of you.

Smile at it.

What can be more thrilling than the thought of this unbelievable power we're born with and then carry throughout our lives?

Every cell shielded,

Embraced trillions into one.

You are unique and so are we all.

Step into your universe today with this formidable knowledge and smile.

Bring kindness,

Patience and joy into your day because everyone you meet,

See,

Talk to or think of is unique like you.

We are one.

Breathe in this wisdom.

Breathe out relishing your immense power within you.

Every cell of your body is shielded,

Embraced trillions into one.

You are unique and so are we all.

And now if you feel ready,

Gently move your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Flatter your eyelids,

Those beautiful butterflies and open your eyes.

Georgina has the most soothing voice… relaxing and powerful💯🙏I recommend her meditations. If you have never tried face yoga, you must with Georgina. I have noticed a difference in my face since doing face yoga almost daily. Highly recommend!!!
