Step Into Your Energy Protection Power

Inspired by my book Protect Your Light, this meditation activates your inner power to energetically protect yourself with confidence and ease. You’ll be guided to connect with your core light, anchor into your energetic sovereignty, and radiate a protective force field from within.

Gently bring your attention to your solar plexus chakra. Your solar plexus is the doorway to your personal power. It metabolizes the protective energy of Source through your being, Awakening your inner strength, Confidence and willpower, Helping you feel safe within your body and in the world. Visualize your solar plexus chakra being a tiny ball of yellow light in the center of your solar plexus area. And with each breath, Visualize this tiny ball of yellow light start growing larger. See this golden ball of light expand until it fills up your entire body and extends out into your aura. As this happens, You may feel your vibration rising, Your life force increasing, Your energy rising, And your natural protection power flooding your entire being. In this state, Affirm the following three statements three times, Mentally or out loud. I step into my power to protect myself. I am centered in my energy and grounded to the earth. I am centered in my energy and grounded to the earth. I am centered in my energy and grounded to the earth. I am safe and secure. I am safe and secure. I am safe and secure. Stay in this state for a little while. And breathe deeply, Allowing yourself to feel the sense of invincibility that you feel right now. Feel your connection to your inner being and to the earth. And bask in your power to protect yourself. When you're ready, Take a deep breath in. Open your eyes and let go.
