Take a long deep breath in,
Hold it and release.
Keep breathing in and out,
Using your breath as a tool to let go of stress,
To let go of tension,
To let go of negativity.
As you breathe in,
Gather up all the stress,
All the tension within your body and with the exhale just let it all out.
Allow anything that doesn't serve you,
Anything that's not yours to exit your body right now.
Gather it up and exhale it out.
In this moment the only thing that matters is that you are in the present moment.
Give yourself permission to just be and to find within you this eternal state of peace that is who you really are.
Maybe move your shoulders around a little bit,
Stretch your body,
Encouraging your muscles to release tension,
To release rigidity and find a deeper state of relaxation.
As you're coming into a relaxed state of being,
I want you to visualize that on the top of your head there's a bright ball of golden light.
This is a very healing light.
It's a relaxing kind of light.
It has the ability to clear,
To recalibrate,
To numb,
To relax every piece of consciousness it comes into contact with.
Invite this golden light to wash over your body right now,
Starting from the top of your head and moving downwards.
Feel the golden light flowing over your forehead and down through your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your lips and your jaw.
Let it flow through your head,
Relaxing your brain,
Releasing any thoughts that are coming into your mind and flowing down through your neck,
Relaxing all your neck muscles.
As it drops into your shoulders,
Any weight or responsibility that you're holding within your shoulders is now being released,
Being dissolved by this warm golden light.
Let the golden light flow through your upper arms,
Your forearms,
Your hands and your fingers,
Relaxing them completely.
It flows down through your chest and all your chest muscles,
Seeping into your heart and your lungs,
Infusing the blood and the oxygen within you.
And as it's pumped through all your body,
It sends a message to all your vital organs to come into a state of peace.
The golden light now moves through your spine,
Through every single vertebra,
Allowing you to sink deeper into the chair.
As it flows down through the core of your body,
Down through your belly,
Your hips allowing you to sink even deeper into the chair,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes.
Your entire body is now filled with this warm,
Relaxing,
Recalibrating golden light.
Your heartbeat is now more steady and your breathing is more deep.
As you find yourself coming into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation,
As you take long,
Deep breaths in,
Notice how the element of air manifests in your body.
Observe as your chest expands and shrinks with each breath,
As it welcomes the vital oxygen in the air.
Notice how much more peaceful you are as you become mindful of your breathing.
Expand your awareness to notice how the element of air manifests in the world around you.
If you're outside,
Feel the gentle caress of the wind on your face and see it gently rustling through the plants,
Flowers and trees all around you.
But even if you're inside,
Allow yourself to imagine that.
Become aware of how the atmosphere fills up the entire planet,
Acting as the connecting link between all planetary consciousness.
As you connect to the collective essence of air,
Mentally or out loud,
Call upon the collective energy of the air sylphs to make themselves present.
You could say,
I call upon the oversoul of air and the air sylphs to flow through me and clear my aura from all that no longer serves me.
As you say this,
You may notice the presence of slender,
Almost formless air sylphs flying playfully around your head and around your body.
Or even the presence of your sylph guardian from the element of air.
Take some time to make your acquaintance with the sylphs and thank them in advance for the clearing.
Ask the sylphs to start circling through and around the periphery of your aura in a clockwise manner,
Clearing your aura of negative energy.
They progressively fly faster and faster around you,
Picking up momentum and creating a powerful windstorm or tornado that removes low-level spirits,
Thought forms,
And all other negative energies from your aura.
Breathe deeply during this process,
Allowing the sylphs to work their magic.
I will start counting from 1 to 10 and with each number up,
The windstorm will grow faster and faster,
Clearing your aura even more powerfully until it's completely cleared.
And 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7,
8,
9,
10.
Now the windstorm is at its highest speed,
Swirling around you faster and faster,
Dislocating low-level spirits,
Thought forms,
And all kinds of toxic energy from your aura.
And the process is now complete.
Take a long deep breath in and give your body permission to adjust to these changes going on within you.
Take some time to offer gratitude to the sylphs,
Thanking them for their service and asking them to stay with you for as long as your body needs so that it's found its balance following this clearing.
When you feel ready,
Slowly start coming out of the meditation by making small movements with your fingers and your wrists,
Moving your shoulders around and your head clockwise and anticlockwise.
And when you're ready,
Take a long deep breath in,
Hold it,
Smile,
Open your eyes and release.
