Take a long deep breath in,
Hold it,
And release.
Keep on breathing in and out,
Releasing tension and stress with every exhale,
And giving your body and yourself permission to be fully present in this moment.
In this moment,
All is well and you are safe.
With the next inhale,
I want you to visualize your body becoming a wet noodle,
Letting go fully.
And in the next exhale,
I want you to visualize your body relaxing 10 times more.
Bring your attention to your heart chakra in the center of your chest,
Visualizing your heart chakra as this powerful magnet that draws to it all 7 layers of your aura,
Drawing them to the center of your body,
Ensuring that the whole of you is occupying the same space within your physical body,
The whole of you is present,
The whole of you is centered.
Bring your attention to your root chakra in the bottom of your spine and visualize an energy cord extend from your root chakra and dig down all the way into the depths of the earth,
Passing through different layers of soil and rock,
Crystal caves,
Crossing the threshold of the earth's crust into the magma until it reaches the core of the earth,
Connecting with it,
Allowing any remaining tension within your body to leave your body through this cord and be transmuted by the frequency of the earth,
While allowing the life force frequency of the planet to rise up through this cord and fill up your body,
Filling you up with this recalibrating,
Warm,
Gentle,
Energizing frequency,
This healing frequency.
Now you are relaxed,
Centered and grounded.
And in this state you are ready to invite in the presence of your ancestors,
Along with all their gifts,
Their talents,
Their wisdom.
When you're ready,
Set your intention by saying in your mind's eye or even out loud if you want to,
I call in the healed,
Wise,
Highest expression of my lineage.
And say that two more times,
I invite in the healed,
Wise,
Highest expression of my lineage.
And once more,
I invite in the healed,
Wise,
Highest expression of my lineage.
And as you intend that,
I want you to feel in the energy field around you,
Your ancestors coming in closer,
Their lights lighting up,
Their showing up in whichever way makes most sense to you.
You could feel their presence as simply an emotion,
You may see their body stepping in,
You may feel their spirits,
Hear their voices,
Or see them as like orbs of light,
Or just know that they are with you.
And they're standing in a circle all around you,
Tens if not hundreds of ancestors.
The healed,
Wise,
Highest expression of your ancestors,
Each one holding gifts,
Talents,
Wisdom,
That they came here to gift to you,
Open heartedly.
Your ancestors have been praying for you.
They have been praying for someone like you,
To take their gifts,
Their talents,
And their wisdom and use them for good.
Use them to create powerful change in the world.
Change that they may have started but didn't have time to finish.
Change that they may not have been given the opportunity to create.
You are the manifestation of their dreams and purpose,
And they feel incredibly proud that you're standing here today,
Ready to receive their wisdom,
Ready to listen.
Take a few more deep breaths in and out,
Allowing them to step in and becoming accustomed to their presence.
Feel their love.
Feel their joy.
Feel their purpose,
Their collective purpose and anticipation for this moment.
Your ancestors are now ready to transmit to you the gifts,
Talents,
Abilities,
And wisdom that they've all amassed through their own lifetime.
To empower you into living your purpose and also your collective purpose.
To do so,
I want you to open yourself up to receive energetically.
And you do so by visualizing your heart chakra,
In the center of your chest,
Lighting up.
And with every inhale,
Let your heart chakra's light grow within your chest.
And as your heart chakra expands and grows in size,
Your aura opens up as well.
So you can visualize your auric field extending outside in the room around you.
And while it's opening up,
I want you to set the intention to retrieve those gifts,
Talents,
Abilities,
And wisdom.
And as your aura has opened up and you're ready to receive,
Your ancestors extend a golden thread or cord of light from the center of their being towards your own heart chakra.
And you allow these golden threads of light to connect to the center of your heart chakra,
Creating a bridge of communication between them and you.
And as these threads of communication are being established,
The transmission starts and there are codes,
Energies,
Wisdom,
Light,
Symbols,
Emerging from their core,
Passing through these golden threads and into your heart.
And all you have to do is breathe,
Breathe and let yourself receive.
Allow your energy field to expand to hold this new information that you're downloading energetically right now,
Trusting that your body,
Your energy,
Your being can handle it.

Feel the love of your ancestors,

You're no longer just you.
You're a collective manifestation of your ancestors,
Of your lineage.
I will now count from 1 to 10 and with each number up,
The transmission will intensify and when I reach number 10,
It will be completed.

Disappearing into the ethers,
I want you to look at your ancestors and feel incredibly grateful for their presence.
For their transmission.
For their light.
Bring your attention to the center of your heart and place both of your hands on your heart,
Sealing this practice,
Allowing your heart to become smaller and smaller and take its natural size in the center of your chest,
Allowing your aura to shrink again and take a comfortable state around your physical body.
And as you complete the practice,
I want you to make a promise to yourself and to your ancestors to listen to their guidance.
That's always coming through thoughts,
Through science in your surrounding environment,
Through people,
Through the things you read,
The music you listen to,
The synchronicities all around you.
They're constantly guiding you,
Directing you,
Redirecting you,
Especially now that you receive their wisdom,
Their codes.
They live within you.
Whatever fears you face,
Whatever limiting beliefs,
Whatever obstacles,
They're there immediately to give you solutions,
To give you guidance,
To help you rise,
To help you succeed,
To show you the right path.
Make a promise to yourself and to them that you will listen,
That you will take the time to listen,
To follow their guidance,
To fulfill your purpose,
Their purpose,
Into creating a better world.
And with this intention,
As you bid them farewell,
See them fading out into the background further and further away from you and bring your attention back into your body,
Into the present moment.
Start getting a sense of where you are and what's around you.
Breathe more deeply.
Become aware of your senses.
Gently start moving your body by moving your head around clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Move your wrists and your shoulders.
And when you're ready,
